I've enjoyed this game thoroughly, at the time of writing I've played through twice once just enjoying whatever I was given, and the next with a certain alignment in mind, heretical, and after the first run my only main complaint, aside from many minor bugs, crashes and slightly skewed interactions, was that the ship combat being forced and by and large, not as fun as the main combat, based on the fact that they can kill you in one turn.
The game is still fun even through this, and I had a blast making a cool character lore wise, and a cool squad tactically, the characters are engaging, the story is interesting and they nail the 40k vibe,

My new complaint after playing a second run, that has planned to be very different from the first, going from good girl of the Imperium to mega Heretic, was that it wasn't that much different

Minor spoilers
Out of the 5 acts of the game, one had a majorly different conclusion, which was very cool, but then it gave me a sick weapon to finish off my epic heretical journey, and.... I couldn't use it, because I'd missed maybe a handful of heretical options throughout my run. My big crowning moment, spoiled, because the alignment system is REALLY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PICKY about how much ♥♥♥♥ you need to do to get to the final rank, there's an achievement for getting rank 5 of any alignment, but it made the game feel so much more on rails and completely shattered the illusion of that fun, choose what you would do, type adventure sold and planned. and what makes it worse in my opinion, is that if the values for decisions had been increased by like, 1, I would've remained under the illusion that this was all as I wanted and chose the entire game, but because I didn't follow the devs plot, like 3 times, ♥♥♥♥ me

The game is still very fun regardless of this, and was a complete blast the first time through and is impossible not to recommend while on sale, I just hope that at some point enough feedback gets through, and like 2 changes are made. But there's a lot of bug fixes and minor patches to come before that happens.

Best wishes, Rogue Trader von Valencius

It is painfully short, just as I was finally getting over the group gank combat and actually getting into the game, it ended
The mix of being forced to parry some and unavoidable attacks from others is more annoying than fun as it leads to just running around the arena till everything is stamina broken, it's fine, but it being a lil under 3 hours means it wasn't worth it for me and I felt a little scammed when I looked at my play time

The combat is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ let down

This game is cute as hell, and has an enjoyable world to explore, there's a secret around every other corner even if some of them feel like a slap in the face when you notice where you are.
Only issue
The combat sucks ass and feels like the only selling point, the two motives to explore is to get the power ups and explore the mystery of the world you're in, so when half the incentive to play feels like it was tacked on after being stolen from literally every other 2.5D souls game with a few large enemies to throw yourselves at every once in a while,
it's
Mega
Cringe
Tldr
The game is FINE but the combat is unrewarding as ♥♥♥♥, and as one of the 4 genres it's listed as, uncool

this game is so swamped with garbage mechanics that i literally cannot escape the tsunami of ♥♥♥♥ being thrown my way, but not the enemies, they have like 3 attacks they loop through relentlessly.
you dont fight the bosses, or the elite mobs, or the hidden mob jump scares,
you fight the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controls

There's a point where it steps over challenging and into unfair

The game was fun enough, but it ends so soon and the side content isnt hard to find, unless you get lost and cant find it, which is really easy to do. The viciousness of the game gets old after the 100th dude ripped to shreds, and maybe im just ♥♥♥♥, but half the areas look the same and it's really easy to get lost

Early Access Review
Better Pokemon, and on PC, very cool. The servers are kinda annoying though, but the games still very much worth it

I love 4 of the same boss with some straight forward puzzles in between, as the bosses get slowly faster and more of pain in the ass to read as all the attacks look exactly the same. 10/10..... Oh Wait....
