Aside from the obvious like Ultrakill or DUSK, what else is really worth playing in this genre?

TL;DR: Doom Eternal is way better than Doom 2016, because of it's difficulty, better level design, diverse arenas, forces you to think, and is repayable, whereas the only strengths for Doom 2016 is it's color pallet and atmosphere, but falls short with it's ridiculously easy difficulty that becomes trivial late game, and the very repetitive and boring level design. DOOM 1 you can kill with your bare hands but DOOM Eternal cant kill anything with your bare hands unless you shoot them first? What a braindead feature. These devs made DOOM guy weak.
