Good game, if you like RE7 you will like this one.

The map is basically a action horror theme park, each boss has their unique region.
Gameplay is mostly the same as RE7, except RE4 style inventory, no storage box, and a merchant for upgrading weapons.
The writing felt a bit off, sometimes it felt too cheesy, and the villain's motive is movie level bad.
The trauma pack pistol cannot be upgraded, the default pistol outperform it after one or two upgrades.

I still haven't gotten over Ethan's death, it felt easily preventable... is the Piers treatment really necessary?

45 minutes is more than enough for me to uninstall this game.

+Atmospheric, great ambient soundtrack.

-The illusion of choice, I doubt some choices mattered.
-The writing is UNPLEASANT, it's political and biased, this should be about telling a story, not the writer's ideology.

A soild looter shooter, but-

This is the type of game you can enjoy yourself, but would not recommend to your friends. The grindy nature of Warframe makes it hard for new players to stick, but once getting into it, they will keep coming back.

Despite the game gaining popularity of the years, the grindy nature of the game did not improve, in fact, it is getting gradually worse with every single event. The events feel like DE is testing the tolerance of Warframe players, figuring out how much grind can they shove in front of players before they quit. The Deimos debut is a good example, the necromech drop rate is abyssal at first, and it feels like the devs have never tried to grind for the items themselves. They only adjust or improve the grinding process when facing outrages, but never seems to have learnt the lessons next time. Sometimes it feels like they just want people to give up and pay with platinum.

This game is, without a doubt, P2W. Just because you can grind for premium currency does not excuse the fact that the game is grindy to a fault. Almost everything is RNG based: warframe parts, weapons parts, prime parts, and the unholy riven mods. You can pay to bypass them all, if that's not P2W, I don't know what is.

75% off is nice.

New update just came out, overguard and void sling eh?

Early Access Review
TLDR: Don't buy a game without checking player counts.

steamcharts.com/app/493520
Peak player: 5224 - December 2019
Current player: 574

After 0.2 hours of matchmaking attempts, I gave up.
The official discord Oceania channel is also pretty dead, with on average one Looking For Group message per hour.

From what I gathered in forums and reviews:
High difficulty + Half-mandatory voice communication + Dwindling player numbers =/= A good multiplayer experience
High difficulty filters causal players, builds elitism, a good portion of the LFG message in discord requires experienced players.
Most group also wants voice chats, so if you don't feel like talking, this is not the game for you.
The player count only sees a spike during major updates, and that player number is still sub 3k, that is still not a lot of people when spread across the Earth.

Avoid this game unless it has a player spike (be it from updates or sales), and having a dedicated group to play with. If not, save yourself the money buying some other Coop game that is more populated, has better matchmaking systems, and cheaper.

I already bought the series twice on playstation and steam, not going to buy it thrice.
I tolerated always online, episodic releases, stupid timed-exclusive elusive target.
And now with Epic 1 year exclusive, IOI expects me to pay once more, no more.
Self-publishing at its worst.

How to kill a genre 101

-Bugs, way too many bugs
-Performance issue, memory leaks
-Cut contents
-Lacking basic features like changing appearances and weapon colours
-Iconic weapon is not that unique, it's just base weapon reskin

Should've delayed till 2077

Bad game.

1. Extremely buggy comparing to previous metro games, got stuck on Dead City due to a graphical glitch, can't progress.
2. Poor enemy AI.
3. DX12 is completely broken for me.
4. One year exclusive on ePIc.
5. Exposition dump requiring you to stand still.

Would not recommend, I would be refunding it if I bought this via steam store.
To be fair, it felt much better playing this game on the high seas.

I tried it for half an hour, and I did not like this at all, refunded.-First, the UI, the font is barely readable, on 1080p, I can't even tell the item name. There's also the problem with the art direction, everything is eye-melting red, and the enemies blends in perfectly.-Not every genre mixes well with FPS, having to manage dodging, jumping, reloading and shooting ALL on the beat is extremely frustrating and tiring, the difficulty also needs tuning.-Starting pistol with limited range, really?-I personally dislike the soundtrack, it's generic. This is one of those "XXX meets XXX" game, interesting concept, bad execution.

A great game despite many, many, many problems.

+Fully voiced, unlike some other RPGs with just walls of text (looking at you PoE), voice acting is of high quality as well.
+Overall quest design is great, with many interesting side quests.

=The graphics is pretty mediocre, environment lacks details.

-The optimisation sucks, fps drops can only be fixed by restarting, imagine having severe fps drop in the middle of a fight, and you can't save.
-Plenty of bugs, some bars quest progression. One of those is killing the slaver in Ranger HQ, breaking the side quest completely.
-Main story quest forces you to make a binary choice, there is no alternative.
-Some of the side quests are timed, but there's not enough information in the quest log mentioning that, I accidentally exited Ranger HQ from the start and received Homestead distress call, went back to Springs to catch up on the main quest, ended up failing both the homestead and caravan side quests.
-The game can abruptly end when beating Liberty on first encounter, WTF?
-By using the persuasion skill check you can skip the two final boss fights in the most anticlimactic way possible,
-Why is overworld travel speed tied to Chassis tier? It should not be a thing.
-Having to manually heal every party member of every aliment individually is not fun.

If you want a great RPG experience, wait for the devs to squash all the bugs and fix the performance issues before buying it.
