I love this game so much. For me its the best stress relief ever. After a long day of work/school, i love being able to come home and just be creative with cars. For me this is one of the best sandboxes I've played. An amazing touch is that you can test your creations in Beam, which really completes the game experience.

Aye, Its quite good.

i crashed 40 mins into opening the game, i also came all over my wheel with the sound design.

After owning this game since release I can say that Codemasters have made a potentially amazing game, overpriced, falsely advertised and bug-ridden.

For starters, the advertisement for this game was handled shockingly. Examples being, the VR and the deluxe edition that promised all seasons and to make matters worse they didn't even offer a deal for those buyers that spent extra in getting the early deluxe edition. The VR is horrendous… UNLESS you buy the game on the Oculus store.

The glitches and how the game run is shocking. The “sound glitch” is a predominant one which is where randomly during a stage, all sound stops working and you have to restart the game to revert the glitch, which potentially can ruin a stage or (online) championship. The fact that Racenet and the servers are constantly down or just too slow to connect to makes online play impossible.

The last point is the fact that codies are basically recycling DR1, i’d be happy paying for the seasons and content if they brought new rallys in, but they don't, they just recycle and recycle and recycle old files from the game with a graphics update.

The final verdict is that DR2 is a low effort EA style game with unenthused developers and uninspired creative directors. I’ve been playing codies games since Colin McRae rally 2.0, it pains me that they’ve taken this direction in game development and I sincerely hope this is their last game like it.

There's not much you can say about this game without spoiling it but is one of the best indie games I've played. This game is a must-have, I honestly cannot recommend this more.

A word of advice - go into this game blind and try to work through it without using a guide, it makes it 10 times better

This game is AMAZING

this is the go to game for car fanatics, the ffb is outstanding, the graphics are lifelike and the AI isnt dumb.
