Early Access Review
TAIKINA:

1.Vatkaa kananmunat sekä sokeri vaahdoksi.

2. Mittaa kaikki kuivat aineet ja laita kulhoon, jossa sekoitat ne.

3. Mittaa 3dl maitoa.

4. Kaada vuorotellen kuivia aineita sekä maitoa kananmuna-sokeri vaahtoon. Sekoita hyvin.

5. Lisää lopuksi sulatettu voi ja sekoita jälleen kerran huolellisesti.

Paista 15-20 minuuttia 200 asteessa. Koska näistä mokkapaloista tulee muhkeita, laitathan pellin reunoilla hieman enemmän leivinpaperia, jottei taikinaa valu uuniin!

KUORRUTE:

1. Mittaa 4,5 dl tomusokeria ja kaada se ensimmäisenä, mittaa myös kaakaojauhe sekä vaniljasokeri ja kaada ne tomusokerin lisäksi astiaan.

2. Kaada 5rkl kahvia kuivien aineiden joukkoon, sekoita hyvin.

3. Sulata voi ja kaada se seokseen. Sekoita hyvin ja tarkista ettei tule paukkuja.
