Borderlands 2 is proof that modern gaming is trash and older developers and publishers actually cared about their players. (At least most of them anyway) This game is fun, funny, and a f***ing classic. If you have the money to buy it then buy it, you probably won't regret it, in fact I would go as far as saying you might regret not playing it sooner. Thank you Gearbox.

Friend gifted me this and we started playing right away, making a private server was nothing, the gameplay was smooth and performance stable. I really like how everything functions it's just so much more intuitive compared to other games like it.

After playing through RE1 and enjoying most of it I had high hopes for RE0. After actually playing it however, not that fond of the game now.

- There should be co-op for the two characters cause trying to manage both of their items, health, and such is just tedious.
- There is not enough resources for basically anything. Not enough healing items, not enough ammo, hell not even enough ink ribbons to save the damn game like what??? And I was playing normal.
- Map is a lot less informative than RE1, if you needed to go back to a room for something the map was kind enough to let you know what rooms still had use or had items in them, this game doesn't do that. I never used the map cause it just didn't give me any useful information.
- Similarly to RE1 the combat is... bad, but worse. I was able to knock down zombies with a basic shotgun in RE1, giving me time to run past and get where I needed to go. In RE0 these things can somehow tank an entire grenade launcher and not even flinch. Once again, normal difficulty.

There are other nitpicks I have about this game, but in all seriousness unlike RE1 you NEED to do your research into how to beat this BEFORE you start playing so you don't run out of items and get stuck with danger on both characters, no ammo, and no ribbons to save when you make some progress. It's basically a reset.

The only reason you would play this is for the story, which isn't important either cause everything you learn in this is already common knowledge if you played RE1 or RE2, as well as Billy Coen being a one off character that never shows up again after this game.

A little confusing at first, but once you get to the first saferoom and trunk it becomes smoother. Only complaint is the camera angles and controls, both options are terrible.

I shouldn't need a super computer to run the same game I played on an Xbox 360... on lowest settings.

EDIT: So my girlfriends computer can run this game, and just today she joined a match with three players using godmode, I've been hearing plenty about the cheating problem in this game so I guess its a good thing that I can't play this.

If you plan to get into VR, or have been into it for a while, there is absolutely no reason that you shouldn't play H3VR. Lots of guns with in-depth controls, realistic handling, and plenty of customization. Tons of ranges and gamemodes so that there is always something new to try out, and lastly a Wonderful(TM) developer who works hard, understands what his community wants, and is always trying to make the H3VR experience fun and immersive. The mass amount of reviews agree that this game is 110% worth all those shiny pennies in your virtual wallet.

11/10 would shoot hotdogs again.

A very nice physics-based sandbox game. Simple controls that are easy to understand, lots of tools, and an open-world design allow you to shape the world to your fancy.
The only negative I would say is that performance can be shoddy at times, so if you are on a lower end system I would highly advise using the lowest graphical settings possible.

Tasteless Zoomer: No you can't just recommend a decade old game! There are so many newer and more graphically advanced options!
