When you've been partying, even that s**t gets old. The only thing that impresses me nowadays is loyalty, honesty and morals.
SLOW SQUASH JELQ AND MODIFIED JELQ
These two exercises i feel go hand and hand. Both of them being great basic girth exercises. All manual and people swear by them including myself.
This is something i recently stumbled upon. someone was talking about it on thundersplace and i thought i should give it a try. At 70% erect, kegel in some blood then squeeze at the base. Make sure when squeezing, that each finger applies pressure one after the other. Think of it as forcing the blood from the base all the way to the head of the penis. With the other hand, you do the same thing. The finished result should look like two hands one after another squeezing blood throughout the penis. You should feel expansion directly in the head. You can also do this exercise with one hand but i think with both hands, you can really control the expansion in the head with the second hand. I do NOT recommend this for beginners!
MY FIRST ROUTINE (ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE PE ANXIETY):
Not that impressive right? I think i gained a half inch or so with this routine, its not powerful and i dont recommend it for someone starting PE, only for someone who is starting and scared to mess there junk up like i once was. If your still a bit scared with this, break it down even more. Take it slow until you feel comfortable.
