Just play X4: Foundations lol (yes, even with it's UI problem it still brings a better experience).

Never played this before. It's a good game. *leaves*

I was gifted this on christmas.
Why do i have to create a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ account just to play single-player? And the game itself isn't even worth it, it's been always an over-rated piece of garbage. Increasing combat pace doesn't equal to more fun, the original 1993 game is simpler but the pace is perfect, there's time to absorb the enjoyment of the combat. But here on Eternal fights don't last at all. And you're forced to use the annoying chainsaw just to get ammo. And also conveniently forced to use certain weapons like the plasma rifle just to fight shielded demons, when all i care about is using the shotgun. F this game, it never deserved the credit it got.

DLC plague aside, this is how you get inspiration from a big influencer game like Left 4 Dead and do it damn right, even improve on the formula. It's like L4D but with progression (we have stuff to do!), no question about that, but medieval with a heavy emphasis on melee combat, yet it doesn't abandon ranged combat, with firearms and bows, you get what you need to take those damn elites (basically L4D's uncommon infected) out. You even get to use a gatling gun with the engineer.

It's easy to learn, hard to master. Looks damn great, plays damn great. Has good amount of content and it's addictive. The character's personality are good and funny at times (like every time the Slayer screams when using his active ability).

My only wish that i'm sadly sure will never happen is to make all premium careers free to unlock in-game, just like the rest of them. Would be great to unlock them at level 35 to give more incentive to go 5 more levels after unlocking the last talent at level 30.
Best medieval fantasy game i played so far.

No server browser, no community-made hosted dedicated servers, and no client/server modding are what killed this game (aside from the skill gap between new players and pros that stomp them in public matches). This is vital for any first person shooter game if developers/publishers want to keep this alive in the long-term, especially if Free to Play. This is how Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source and Counter-Strike 1.6 are still alive.

It can only entertain you so far. It's 100% a fun game but without an end-game of some kind all you'll be doing in the end is getting overclocks and cosmetics. That ain't enough for me, i would rather have an entire new system after you reach to say level 60 or 100, so i feel like i got something to do. It doesn't have enough replay value.
Still worth going through until that point.

Recommended for rogue-like fans. Not for everyone else, especially those who wants to try this as their first in the genre.

This game is special. One of a kind FPS game. There's a reason it has great reviews, so go play it, or wait until the game is finished with Act 3 which should be the final chapter, and then play all the way through without having to suffer any kind of cliff hangers.

Finally a good remaster, i wish there was an option to use the classic music and audio though. I had to look through mods for that. And the menus don't look comfortable to me, they look mobile gamey to me. I prefer if they re-did the menus to resemble the original buttons that were more charismatic.

Also needs Steam workshop.

Why no 4-player co-op in Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2? My friends and i were highly disappointed by this.
Even if the original games were exclusively 2 player co-op, that doesn't mean 343i isn't able to alter the levels so it adapts for 4 players. I played through the campaigns and there is clearly enough space to add more vehicles and such.
