The game is pretty good, way better with friends.
Wouldn't mind an endless mode.
One big gripe I have is the massive power creep present in the newer characters, some of them def need a buff/tweaking, mainly cat, dog, and bird.

Dont use the f2p model, try it play it through Gamepass.
game will be pretty hit and mostly miss for awhile I think, either until Luke Smith steps away or MS decide to buy Bungie and start changing ♥♥♥♥ up.

The game is pretty good, If you enjoy 'hardcore' mode in multiplayer shooters then this will be up your trench.
My only con is that the OCE player base is rather small, and during prime time on a weekend there were no populated servers with ping lower than 130, how ever this is not a dev issue.

I will be refunding, only because their is no point in spending money on a game I cant enjoy, though I will easily repurchase should the player numbers increase in the future.

This game is amazing, every weapon gives a good play style that is unique. People who say the fights are boring/the same have no idea how to actually play the game and just button spam, chances are they play Eddy in Tekken and have no credibility to speak of.

My recommended weapons:
Insect glaive (really fun to use, remember to keep you insect buffed)
Hunting horn (hard at first, but once you get a hang of it you can pump out insane damage as well as buff yourself and team mates)
Heavybow gun (putting 3 shields on it will give you the same block power as a lance, also is the most boring/easy of the 3 as its point and click)

A really fun game to play with friends, it’s not bad solo, but it’s not as great. Ships take a little bit of planning to make, and I don’t recommend it if you want to just hap-hazardously slap things together or don’t want to learn systems. The game also has a coding function in-game to allow things like solar panel tracking if you like that side of computers.

TL;DR: if you aren’t a smooth brain and you have friends, definitely get it.

By far one of my most loved games ever, right behind the halo series. Overkill has done great work to support Payday 2, from free community content, to the nice dlc that doesn't kill the wallet like I kill cops. While it has it's bad points, they are few and far between.

++PROS++
-Killing the cops never gets old.
-Stealth never gets too boring.
-Almost all the heists are in some way different from the last time you did it.
-Weapon customisation is as good, if not better than CoD or Blicklight: Retribution.
-Co-op with friends is always fun.
-Alot of support for the moding community.

--CONS--
-The game is written in LUA which can be a little buggy at times.
-It can be a little hard for people to learn the game.
-Support for mods comes with people who use cheats, though I have seen less and less.

I give Payday 2 a solid 9/10. A must buy, if its on sale, buy 3 extra copys and give them to friends to have a great time!
