One of the greatest adventure games I have ever played in my entire life. The level of artistry and imagination are unparalleled. I found myself screaming "how is this game SO GOOD?" at least a dozen times during the game. I was expecting this game to be a 3 - 4 hour experience, but it just kept on going! The gameplay was smooth and felt great to play. Every time a new mechanic was introduced, it was exceptionally innovative. It Takes Two was an absolute joy. This is hands down Game of the Year, and I wish more developers made games with a fraction of the creativity that this game has. The only complaints I have are that the game was a bit too easy and that the dialogue could have been a bit wittier. That's it. Every other aspect of this game was incredible. BUY. THIS. GAME.

Memeing aside, this game doesn't seem to ever stop giving. Even after you clear the game, there's more to do. New features and challenges keep the experience fresh. The story doesn't end after your first successful escape either! I've played this game for over 30 hours, and I've yet to run out of new dialogue. The character development and world building are absolutely incredible. The combat is fast-paced and engaging. The only downside to this game is that there aren't more regions to battle through. That's about it. Game is dope. Highly recommend!

Story is garbage. Game runs like garbage. Load times are garbage. Combat feels like garbage. Garbage.

S.W.A.T 4 meets Hotline Miami

The mechanics and gameplay are wonderful. Just wish there were more content and better maps. Highly recommend this if you're into medieval combat and are looking for a sword-fighting game with an incredibly high skill ceiling.

Feels cheaply built and isn't really as good for gaming as it is just a wireless mouse. It's also terrible for twin-stick shooters. Kind of a waste of money, tbh.

Unless you like the Tales series, don't bother. This game has a mediocre story that never really evolves. The characters are forgettable, the combat system isn't enjoyable and quite difficult to control (but of course you have the option of just having the characters fight automatically). Utterly disappointed by this purchase.
