Firstly, it needs improvement yes,
Secondly, play around with your settings, certain stuff seems to kill FPS for no reason.

Game runs on a NVME

I get 120fps in the menu, and depending on where I look in my city I get 30-60 fps, averages around 45-50 mostly. My current population is 4,500 pop.

This is poor, however I ran CS1 heavily modified and In my latest city of 70k, I averaged around 20-25 fps.

My settings are medium, with a few options on low. I'm certain this will improve, and so far I am enjoying the game a lot.

Simply put, the game isn't finished.

Edit: Pretty decent now, worth a try, I've ploughed 80 hours in since my first negative review in 2020 and I'm really enjoying the game.

It's sad to say this but the quality of this game has been reduced drastically.

People who aren't interested in the minge-fest online gameplay, mods were a way of enjoying the GTA V world to its maximum potential, all gone now.

GAME WILL NOT WORK ON WINDOWS 10 SYSTEMS.

Glitchy as ♥♥♥♥,
Literally not worth the money
90% of the time you'll die from a fall damage glitch when standing still just after spending hours looting and getting good gear.

Absolutley incredible game, with literally hundreds of side quests and a long and immersive story, it's hard to get bored.
The graphics are outstanding and same for the sound quality.
They also had Brian Tyler conduct the soundtrack, which on it's own deserves a 10/10

I found this game absolutely amazing and unique, The game very cleverly gives you a FALSE sense of security. Also the combat system is amazing, because they're isn't one. Instead of the standard; "Here's your shotgun, have fun" You only have hiding spots, and to make it better, when I'm hiding under a bed from an enemy and i hear him searching the room and he says: "Marco..." so perfectly just makes the entire situation feel much more realistic.

Also the minor elements have also been done perfectly, like the way you peek around corners and look behind you when sprinting. Also the fact that you don't actually have a flashlight, just night vision on a camera, also like in real life, it drains batteries like theirs no tomorrow...

This game is defiantly worth £15, hell, i wouldn't mind paying £40 for this game.
