They're in dxhr_fx.pcf. The particle systems that start with "dxhr_sniper_" are the ones you'll want to use.

what do you mean, what are the specific ones? and after placing it what do i do?

I mean exactly what I said, any of the ones that start with "dxhr_ sniper_". "_Rail" is white, "_rail_blue" is blue, "_rail_red" is red.

ControlPoint0 goes at the gun's muzzle, and controlPoint1 goes at the impact point.
