And sicne the TF2 comic made it canon that Scout has a misspelled chest tattoo, this fits.

I agree with other commenters: The arm tattoos are good. The throat tattoo doesn't work, it's just... too much, too 1990s for TF2's time frame.

Scout canonically is the type of person to get really tacky tattoos. So this cosmetic checks out.

maybe have a style to turn the neck tattoos off? other than that i'd really like to see this in-game! we have ONE strictly tattoo cosmetic. i think there's some heavy hats that come with tattoos as well, but this is really unique.
