Change helicopter battalions to have a weight stat of zero or as close to zero as is reasonable. This would make them much easier to use in airborne invasions and help pay off their IC cost. If you can make enough helicopters, you won't need to make as many transports.
The same applies to forests, swamps, cities and mountains. In vanilla, this bonus is only 25% and it should be so.
The worst thing is that the defending side gets a big bonus to the attack, which makes the game look like a positional war.
Neither side can move the front without aviation because the attacking side gets a big minus to the attack, and the defending side gets a big bonus to the attack
And this problem is related to everythink (planes, ifv etc...)
