but it's generally good for creating illustrations.
could you please take alook at the transparend lcd and if yo ucan get them to display more than just black
my feedback:
1. I have only tried it on an earth map so far, but it does seem to over-expose during the day, this kind of distorts the colours/textures as there's not a good middle ground.
(I am using the Real Skybox as recommended)
2. The settings are only effective on 'High', turning graphics to medium makes dark parts completely black and generally hard to see. It looks great on high settings, but this presents some issues if you need to lower the graphics for performance.
- tons of things
- But most importantly: No more Keen Peen Sheen™, the insufferable tint that makes everything look like piss!
Is @Aggressor my long lost father?
The icon.. it's so familiar.
LOL
@klinetek emissives would impact the ambient lighting through keen. I think I'll fork this into two mods, one which maintains the keen style lighting but improves it and one that continues on the current path but slightly more ambient so that shadows aren't so dark.
@jushdrug thanks
Short story, neon lights no longer 'light' the area with the emmissives they give off. I would love to use this if you could look into a tweak that allows more emission from the neons :) they glow a lot right now but they don't actually light the area. wonderful mod either way! i love it
It will work with other sky boxes ?
I'm not familiar with whether it will work on servers, but it changes only environment.sbc right now, so if environment.sbc can be forced server-side then yes.
@Basil - I agree, shadows are a bit dark, trying to figure out how to make shadows good without keeping the keen-effect where rooms brighten/darken the opposite way is a challenge I have not solved yet. I may have to turn this into a plugin in order to do so.
@P_Lavv, NVG mod will get some love soon
server compatible?
Thank you for the feedback though, hopefully I can sort out the balance for it in the next couple of days
