Reverted back - reducing environment reflections turns too much other stuff black.

There is a small issue where standing near the exterior walls of a station/ship results in lightening the room, while standing in the middle darkens it.

I believe this is because of environmental skybox and atmosphere reflections.

At nighttime: I decreased environmental skybox reflection, as it seemed to occur regardless of whether there was a wall in the way or not. This is a bit disappointing for getting cool shots at night with a slight ambient reflection from the stars, but should help in dark rooms at night Moons that are reflecting light still cause this effect to happen however.

At daytime: I left environmental atmosphere reflections unchanged for now, so the effect is still possible.


Since this issue ends up being a compromise in both directions, I may end up either cutting the reflections entirely (less desirable) or leaving it as a known/unfixed bug until I figure out a more elegant solution later.

Increased version by 0.5 for no reason

- Finally got Eye Adaptation working properly
- Fixed SSAO, minor changes to HBAO
- Increased overall luminance range of the world
- Decreased sun disc being too large
- A bunch of other stuff, probably

Initial Upload

Changes:
- Alterations to reduce ambient lighting
- Reduction of the "fake GI" effect
- Removed Chromatic Abberation
- Removed Vignette
- Changes bloom from "High Quality" to "Low quality" - increase frame rate slightly at no discernible visual loss
- Replaced dirt texture to be transparent so that bloom has no weird artifacts
- Renormalized the Autoexposure (Eye Adaptation) settings
- Adjusted white point
- Reduced Bloom
- Increased vibrance slightly
- Removed possibility for sepia filter (pee shine) to function
- Reworked the HBAO some monkey set so it doesn't suck
- Gave the object highlighter a neutral gray color and make it not blink so much
- Probably more I'm forgetting
