Prop Anarchy has the same functionality.
Afaik Prop Anarchy performs better because it has optimized the original Additive Shader.
As PA's workshop page says, it loads much faster and does not hog system resources during game play.

Additive Shader props converted to PO don't show up after reloading a save.
- This seems to be abandoned. Future updates are unlikely.

If I may ask, what is it effecting so badly that you don't want this mod? It has no impact on fps. Are you getting errors?
