@Maximilian maybe you should take a look at https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2389414419 to update your description... i think it will have a correct aligned grid with it... and next hint: Using Node Controller https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2085403475 enable 'No junction Markings at only that roads Node to get rid of the bright part at the connection...

Excellent! Thank you.

@matthiaspowerbomb No it does not.

Does this create a stop sign at intersections?

I can't find this road in game. Where is it?
Yangxuzhu Oct 31, 2019 @ 1:23pm
perfect nothing road ^^
AmiPolizeiFunk Oct 14, 2019 @ 9:11am
this is my favorite "nothing" road. I love that it has no props and no markings. I use it everywhere. Thank you for this. :highlvl:

If so, for parkings needed just 5 meter single strip. Cars usually go on markings, so one-way (possibly two way) 8-class road. Technial narrow sidewalks still exists.

Just found this. Thank you for it

@dannyman It works with some of the newer ones perfectly. Not so much my older collection I don't think as I made those before we could edit roads so the spacing may be off. I have been meaning to make some new ones and publish them, but I haven't had the time.

Would this be a good addition to your modular parking lots collection? I have been using Parking Lot Roads but I'm fixing to try out your stuff now. :)

Great Work :)

Can you show it on youtube ?

Hey @Maximilian I tried making an alternative version of a NEXT2 road by using one of them as the "base" one (e.g. New asset -> Road -> choose template) and changed some stats (e.g. replaced car lanes with bike lanes), but it fails to load in game :( How did you manage to succeed in making this?
Maximilian  [author] Dec 21, 2017 @ 3:20am
@vikenty27, You were right, that seemed to fix the problems. Thanks! It has been updated. :steamhappy:

The dirt road doesn't have any issues with Z-fighting or missing faces, so it's possible to make a flat road place nice with standard roads. Maybe you could look into how CO did the dirt road and apply it to this?
Maximilian  [author] Dec 12, 2017 @ 7:05am
@vikenty27, I'll take a look at it when I have some time.
vikenty27 Dec 11, 2017 @ 7:55am
>thin blue lines appear in a sort of traiangle. It isn't too noticeable and can easily be covered up with ploppable asphalt or some other decal. It also doesn't quite curve the sidewalk entirely either. Nothing I can do there either.
You can set Pavement_width to 0.875, it seems to work fine.
zaerinelle Dec 9, 2017 @ 8:32pm
Yes! I've needed this for ages. Been using the 2 cell one in my carparks, but am always annoyed with how unnecessarily wide it is for a car park. So, thank you. Also, I agree with matthewcouto. I desperately want a flat road like this that is asphalt instead of concrete.
Maximilian  [author] Dec 9, 2017 @ 5:51am
@shakaclub, I know they do, but it is 2 cells wide. This street is basically that but only 1. If NEXT had this road in it, I wouldn't have needed to make it.
Mitchy Dec 9, 2017 @ 2:37am
@Maximilian Nah, you're talking specifically about pedestrian roads. Network Extentions has an identical "plain street" that's the same color as the pavement.
Maximilian  [author] Dec 7, 2017 @ 8:07pm
@alborzka, it is similar, but no. This does not spawn those bollards at intersections (which I find very inconvient in certain circumstances) and it has actual lanes for traffic (1 each direction) and designed sidewalks. From what I remember of those pedestriasn roads, the cars share the same space as pedestrians.
girlfromverona Dec 7, 2017 @ 2:33pm
Looks good - thanks! I’ll check it out.
alborzka Dec 7, 2017 @ 1:55pm
Isn't this the same as the NEXT2 pedestrian pavement road, which is also 1 unit wide?
matthewcouto Dec 7, 2017 @ 8:28am
Can you make a 1 unit wide road that matches the vanilla road's look? I've tried this in the road editor by using the tram segment model but it's all pavement and it doesnt have the asphalt like the roads.
Maximilian  [author] Dec 6, 2017 @ 10:38pm
@Urbanist, probably but to be honest, I'm not sure. It uses the same mesh as the plain road from NeXT (at least I think it does) as I used that road as the template for this one.
Urbanist Dec 6, 2017 @ 10:09pm
About the glitches, does it have anything to do with the node mesh?
Urbanist Dec 6, 2017 @ 10:08pm
Great! Finally car parks will be working
