4.31

- Better compatibility with Planetary Diversity and other mods that behave in the same ways (elven init events now try to load last). Separate compatibility patch for Planetary Diversity is still needed.
- Fixed the wormhole first contact for Prismatic Provenance origin country.
- Added a planetary nebula for Prismatic Provenance.
- Prismatic Provenance wormhole is now always rainbow-colored.
- Added icons for all elven planetary nebulae.
- Fixed custom star class definitions.
- Resized stars in some of the initializers (pulsars and neutron stars are much smaller).

Major changes:
- Implemented origins for prescripted empires, Fallen Empires and primitives. Elven custom star systems are now tied to corresponding origins.
- Elven megastructures are no longer buildable. Existing megastructures are unique and tied to specific origins.
- Sidh Conclave prescripted empire has been removed.
- Added a new nature-themed prescripted empire: Aenarí Circle. Comes with a unique origin and a custom namelist.
- Added a new government: Druid Circle.
- Prismatic capital system (previously belonging to the Sidh) has been incorporated into Eilistraean start.
- Added a custom drow Ecumenopolis mesh.
- Ilythiiri species no longer start on Valshaquellar. Their homeworld is now a unique Speleoterrestrial class planet with barren surface and habitable subterranean caverns. Ilythiiri retain their universal habitability trait.
- Valshaquellar is now a broken megastructure in Ilythiiri capital system and can later be restored.
- Fallen Empires now use the new weighted spawn system and are much less likely to spawn if there are no player elven/drow empires.

Minor changes:
- Reworked elven megastructure stats to be less significant.
- Removed Avari Ring "Relearning" modifier as it's no longer needed.
- Prismatic system now has a new skybox.
- Rebalanced elven unique planetary features. Some of them are now much more usable for hive and machine empires. Hive and machine empires treat unusable ones as blockers and can remove them.
- Children of Eilistraee are now pacifists.
- Eilistraean civic has been renamed to Peacekeepers and reworked.
- Arcane Societies civic now increases the chance to discover an archaeological site and provides monthly Zro income instead of Psionics research bonus.
- Permafrost Worlds in the Sunless Realms start are now slightly larger with more available districts, but have even less food deposits. Sunless Realms species start with Hydroponics Farming researched to compensate. Local unique planetary features have been reshuffled.
- Permafrost Habitability trait now adds negative habitability for all hotter planets (negating all possible habitability bonuses from research).
- Permafrost Habitability is now again not genemoddable (as are similar vanilla traits).
- Permafrost Worlds, if terraformed somehow, will experience ecological catastrophe and revert back to their original state after some time.
- Added a custom starting agenda for Silvermoon Hierocracy. Tweaked the Silvermoon Hierocracy personality — they will rely less on others.
- Custom system initializers now respect the "guaranteed habitable worlds" setting where applicable.
- Various minor fixes, balance tweaks and optimizations.

Gameplay:
- Elven/Drow traits no longer suck up trait points.
- Drow racial trait penalty is now for unity generation instead of food.
- Elegant Artistry doesn't mysteriously make ships tougher and harder to build. Now there is a buff for amenity consumption.
- Tekartas: now makes diplomatic insults hurt more and empires have to spend more influence on maintaining diplomatic agreements.
- Prescripted Elven/Drow empires have had thier traits shuffled a bit. ;-)
- Xenocidal pops can now be reprogrammed to love little cute things instead of killing them.

- Ensured lesser smelly races can't accidentally have drow or elven racial traits. The nerve!! :-)

General:
- Updated for Stellaris v2.5

Gameplay:
- Drow racial trait is now mandatory for all Drow. (It's automatic don't worry!)
- Elven racial trait is also now mandatory. (No more lesser races stealing that!!)
- Primitive savage traits can now be genemodded away but not added.
- Primitive savage traits now make species really good at reproducing and fighting, but absolutely terrible at working on pretty much everything.
- Permafrost preference is now genemoddable.

Art Stuffs:
- Added Drow/Ilythiiri dreadnoughts.

Art Stuffs:
- Elven mining stations now use Suck of Death™ instead of Beam to Nowhere™.
- Fixed Black Line of DOOM for city-planets. (All 3 city styles fixed.)
- Added devastated textures for all city styles.
- Added Drow/Ilythiiri Battleship1. :-)

Gameplay:
- Drow accidents can no longer hit admirals. (Until we figure out how to prevent Drow from snapping AI motherboards.)
- Fixed a case of a moon colliding with a planet in the Ayleid start and causing mass panic and general mayhem.
- Added new opinion modifier. Elves now generally think other elves are hot, and Drow are somewhat hot. Drow still think elves are hot but other Drow probably smell.
- Elven fallen empires now actually have a planet preference.
- Drow fallen empire subjugated races now are smart enough to decide what sort of world they prefer.

General:
- Localisation files reorganized. All other languages now have their own folders. (NOTE: English does NOT have it's own folder. Anything overwriting that should still be fine.)
- Added ilythiiri to the localisation file. Yes, finally.
- Added pre_triggers for all new jobs.
- Multiple code cleanups.
- Removed unused Android armies from all namelists.

- Made Elven trait a bit less Drowish. Now has +15% consumer good needs and -10% growth rate. (Values still WIP. We may change them going forward.)
- Fixed depreciated commands in system initializers for 2.3.
- Added a new all-emitter (as in no mesh needed) beam to elf mining platforms. (Still needs some tweaking.)

- Silvermoon Hierocracy now have Exalted Priesthood civic instead of Shield Power Relays.
