4.8.166 - Hotfix (Should be fine for current games from 4.8.163!)

GFX Changes
- Speleoterrestrial upscaled!
- Permafrost upscaled!
- Valshaqueallar upscaled!
- All custom planets have proper icons.
- Updated flavor images of a few things that needed upscaling.
- 3 new elf rooms added to the mix!
- TEMPORARY: all elf cities are blanked out. They will be fixed but the Art Department needs more time so they look pretty.

Other Changes
- Special tag on all traits now. So those vile xeno mutant scum can't get them! :-D
- Namelists now all have at least 5 randomized race/planet names. (This is mainly for empire creation and the Spawns Enabled mod!)
- 50 new planet names added to Ayleid namelist. (This should hopefully finally end the same name planet issue on larger maps.)

- Updated for Stellaris 4.1.5!
- Fixed deposits not increasing district caps
- Fixed elves refusing to eat food
- Elven and Dark Elven traits are no longer automatically picked when choosing a portrait, but are still restricted to their respective portrait sets
- Updated 2 deposit icons with superior versions.
- Added in all custom planet class backgrounds for the new species view!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Yes we know the cities aren't working. Use other cities till the Art Department gets the new ones in! We'll release small hotfixes for them as they get done.

- Stellaris 4.0.15 is now the minimum required version!
- Replaced all instances of add_trait_no_notify with add_trait = { show message = no } for real.

- Glowing Forests now provide trader jobs instead of the now non-existent merchant.,
- Combined Russian translations from Aregemoth and tzverg so it's now amazingly... 100% translated. Big thank you to both of them! That was a huge job!!

4.8.133

Fixes and Changes:

- Fixed Celestial Offices' weird interactions with workforce modifiers.
- Celestial Office jobs now come in bunches of 10 instead of 1s. Their total output should still math out to be the same as before
- Celestial Grace: Clan Concessions trait now counteracts the Stability penalty as intended
- Fixed an error log issue with the CG council trait
- Reduced the Celestial Philosophers' Influence output to account for stacking external modifiers
- Lhuren shields now scale according to the planet/orbital ring size!
- Reduced Arcadian and Anoriel nebulae size to 1. They are supposed to be planetary nebulae!
- Tulshar/Elven Foundatins nebulae now have randomized names. (3 each!)
- Increased Frozen Shard (Sunless Realms nebula) to 35.
- Reinstated Mostly Finished™ Russian translation work by Aregemoth. (Big thanks for this work!!)

Major Changes:
- Updated for the Big Changes™ in Stellaris 4.0!
- Complete and Total Amazing Rework™ of Celestial Throne origin! Now has multiple outcomes and is the amazing origin we wanted it to be!
- Elven trait no longer is exactly immortal by default. +900 years. Sunless Realms, Prismatic Refuge and Celestial Throne are still immortal. Celestial Throne can now lose immortality under certain conditions. Other origins will be updated as they are finished.

Important Note: We'll be adding some (hopefully mostly) non-breaking game features going forward in smaller updates as they are finished.

Major Changes

- Elven Habitats totally revamped!
- New updated Central Habitat Complex now has some glow colored the same as the empire's Flag1 color.
- New meshes for small and large orbitals.
- Celestial Throne Origin now has fully intact ring + new shield mesh.


Tweaks

- Elven science vessels now visually cloak properly.
- Removed a setup event that gives free consumer goods as elves no longer have consumer good consumption penalties.
- Reverted Aenari and Silvermoon nebulae back to planetary.
- Elven trait nerfed and buffed. :-D Leader XP penalty now -25%. Leader upkeep +20%.
- Dark Elf trait BUFFED. Leader XP rate +10%. Unity penalty reduced to -10% from -15%.

4.8.82

Updated for Stellaris 3.12.*!

Major Changes:
- Elven trait now has:
-50% leader XP
-1 negative leader trait
-10% leader upkeep'

We'll see how this works out. May need nerfing going forward.
