Faux bleed out now only lasts for 4 turns: once it expires, it kills the MOCX soldier. Also fixed issue with how MOCX operatives were processed after mission completion.

MOCX Dark Events are now repeatable, to account for them being removed through An Easier War: Dark Events via HQ destruction. That way you can't permanently cripple MOCX, just remove their functionality for a while.

Minor update - MOCX Rangers will now have the option to get Ever Vigilant on their first level up, with covering fire now moved to TSGT level.

Also fixed an issue where the game was counting every single MOCX soldier instead of just the ones deployed for the mission, when it came to whether an operative should evac or not.

"We're Losing Control of the Situation!" - MOCX operatives can now evacuate from the battlefield if sufficiently injured, or if enough of the assigned team is dead.

Fix update - MOCX Chance Indicator in Resistance Management now takes into account the vigilance of the region the Avenger is in.

Vigilance Update - The vigilance of a region now can increase, and decrease the chance of encountering MOCX on missions. Nerfed the base chances of encountering MOCX to compensate.

If a region is at 12 vigilance or more, the chance of encountering MOCX goes up by 5, for every point of vigilance above the threshold. (If at 12 vigilance, it's treated as though it was 13.)

If a region is at 6 vigilance or less, the chance of encountering MOCX goes down by 5, for every point of vigilance below the threshold. (If at 6 vigilance, it's treated as though it was 5 vigilance.)
