-Increased research priority of armor and aircraft.
-Changed division template weightings to encourage ai to build less light armor and more medium and heavy. - This may or may not have done anything - obsolete information.
-Changed some of the default division layouts for science.
-Reduced the cost to change division layouts, this allows the AI to improve divisions more quickly and efficiently.
-Changed XP spending thresholds to encourage the AI to hold more XP to spend on variants, and to encourage it to make division updates more frequently. Feedback on the division updates would be nice. My experience is the AI even with a big pot of XP makes minimal changes per update. More updates = better? More XP held onto for big variant changes = better? Less production lost via lots of new variants? I'm thinking outloud here :)
-Poland and France have no specific changes, I figure we want them to lose if we're not playing as them due to FUN, WW2 is no fun of Germany doesn't do what it is supposed to do. In the hands of the player, these changes are irrelevant. If enough people want this changed I will make the change.
-Tweaked Economy Laws, AI will now change to war time and total war economy when at war if applicable.
-Tweaked Trade Laws, AI will change trade laws to give export less resources when at war.
-Modified some of the base national divisional templates. Gave UK, USSR, Germany and USA a default heavy tank division since the default division the AI gets is virtually useless.
-Modified German default Panzer Division, made it slightly stronger in the hope it would incentivize the AI to stick with this template while developing medium armor divisions. The USSR sticks with its mechanized division/corps producing large scary medium armor divisions, so I mirrored the Soviet mechanized corps somewhat.
-Generic division templates have had some support brigades unlocked that were not available before, this is a work in progress. If anyone can definitively tell me what width_weight = 3.0 and column_swap_factor = 0.1 do for sure, I can make more finely tuned adjustments.
