V.05

- Removed ability for AI to design, create, or upgrade division templates entirely.
- Have added custom OOBs for, USA, Soviet Union, England (most of commonwealth +Raj use England templates), Germany, Japan, Italy, and lastly I have added a generic OOB for everyone else (hopefully!).
- Added events to call all of these OOBs via technology.
- Should only work or the AI
- Reverted all division modification costs to vanilla values.
- War Economy requires 75% world tension (may revisit this).
- Changed default combat width from 80 + 40 support to 120 + 60 support.
- Separated the impassable Sahara to a companion mod. Can play with or without it, your choice.
- Increased how much AI values defending ports.
- Increased AI factor for assigning units to terrain they are suited for.
- Tweaked value which controlled how much emphasis was placed on fronts factored by available supply
- Removed AI's ability to send expeditionary forces (this may be revisited)
- Lowered AI value of fronts with 1vp provinces.
- Drastically reduced distance minor nations will send volunteers. Hopefully no more Venezuelan volunteers in Siberia!
- Increased AI's estimated need for convoys to transport divisions (hoping this will slow down the AI's desire to send more divisions than it needs to, to places like Africa).
- Reduced max naval invasion distance. It was nearly 4,000km, not it is just over 1,000km. This needs more testing to see how the AI will handle it.
- Increased AI's supply expectation for divisions, in attempt to reduce number of divisions deployed to low or zero infra provinces.

Failsafe added for German invasion of USSR.

Germany shouldn't declare war on USSR if France still stands in the west.

Update: Jun 29, 2016 @ 3:42pm

Not a lot of changes here. Mostly just making the mod compatible with 1.1

- USA has gotten custom ai templates.
- Tweaks to German and USSR templates.
- Germany cares less about its navy initially, focusing on convoys and subs almost exclusively until later on. This is to conserve German resources for what matters to Germany.
- I have reverted to the stock trade laws for the time being with one caveat. PLEASE IF YOU NOTICE THE AI BEING STUPID WITH TRADE LAWS, COMMENT! :)
- War Economy now requires a certain world tension threshold before it is available.
- AI democracies will not change their manpower laws initially, and will wait until WW2 looks to be inevitable. This was done to help control division spam by the allies early on.
- Modified the base non-aggression treaty minimum time it cannot be broken, from 12 months to 18. This is to help Germany ignore the Soviet Union longer in case it struggles in the west.
- Germany WILL declare Barbarossa in this build. Note, the USSR is very strong in this build vs AI Germany and Germany tends to get beaten, or make very little headway. This is ongoing balancing issues.
- USSR is using a very aggressive min/max build early in the war that will result in it having a larger than normal military. By the fall of 1938, it will tend to have broken 300 divisions.
- Ongoing project to get the USSR to use motorized rocket artillery. If you notice odd behavior with some Soviet armored divisions, I am aware. It doesn't always happen, but occasionally they produce the odd 5 armor 5 mot rocket artillery division, or something like that.

v.04

- Gave majors a "behind time" boost to ship technology desire. If they don't research ship tech by a certain date, the desire has been boosted. Nations getting this bump are;
USA, Japan, Italy, France, England, Germany, Soviet Union and lastly Canada to reflect their disproportionately large navy at the end of WW2.
- Implemented national templates for USSR and USA.
- Expanded on production priorities with new scripts for some nations. Germany for example will try to build marines if it is at war with Norway, and will stop building marines if it captures Trondheim. The USSR will shunt all production towards infantry, artillery and anti tank if Bryansk and Orel fall. Japan gets new a script focused on war with the USA.
- Transport technology has been removed from all nations at the start of the game except Germany and Japan. This change is intended to prevent the UK from suiciding its manpower and the manpower of the commonwealth in hopeless invasions in 1939 and 1940. AI will begin researching transport technology after 1941. Germany and Japan have retained transport tech 1 for their invasions of China and Norway if they can pull them off.

v.03.4

Merged history changes from 1.1.0

Update: Jun 23, 2016 @ 6:50pm

Made compatible with 1.1.0.

Very few changes.

-Reverted production efficiency fixes, as the patch notes say they are fixed.
-Temporarily removed Weserubung national focus fix for Germany, let's see how Germany does with the changes Paradox has done.
- Removed garrison division fix, AI should be using garrison divisions properly now.
- Allowing AI to create fresh division templates, since bug with template selection and upgrading has been fixed as per Paradox patch notes.
- Changed airwing size to 120
- Implemented templates specific to USSR (honestly, I'm not even sure if this is working, so it may do nothing)
- Implemented a restriction to naval invasions, most nations lose transports as a base technology and are restricted from researching it until 1941. Purpose of this, is to help the UK conserve manpower and strength a little bit longer so that when it does start launching invasions, they are not 100% suicide missions. In vanilla, the UK ai tended to squander tremendous resources on invasions early in the war that had no chance to succeed, setting it back. Since it was frequently incorporating 50% of the commonwealths divisions as well, it was crippling the allies.
