Additions:
Eye related afflictions will now show in the health interface only if the player is able to see them (most afflictions require held eye lids to be seen, they still will show in the health scanner)
Cyber lenses can now be seen in the health interface.

Fixes:
Missing localization values.
Corrective glasses affliction not decaying.
Popped eyes remaing after eye removal surgery.
Not being able to use screwdrive in health interface.

Fixed an issue that caused CGDR to not function properly. (Thanks Lukako for pointing out the faulty line)

I am sorry for the lack of updates, but do to having a hectic schedule these past few months I wasn't able to develop my mods. Once summer kicks in I will have a lot of free time to do so and focus on a big update for NT Eyes among other projects. Take care and thanks for playing.
