- reworked HE damage effect for all projectiles 20mm and bigger
- reworked some of the death animations a little (sped them up a bit)



Auto-cannons are now "one shot-one kill" with all infantry, even with HE rounds. I have deleted the "damage" code for infantry against auto cannons, and instead hardcoded a "human_explosion" if anything over 20mm hits a soldier. This was the only way to make this work without HE penetrating armor like AP.

- adjusted small arms "ricochet chance" for angles 0-90 degrees
- adjusted pen power of the "m2hb" hmg



When small arms projectile angles hit 45 degrees, ricochet chance will now go up dramatically.
