- reworked conquest music timers a bit
- reworked abrams and leopard gunner sights
- adjusted AI's human soldier attack and retreat ratios (made them more defensive and conservative)
- adjusted AI's vehicle attack and retreat ratios (made these more aggressive, and less conservative)

- gave all SPGs their real muzzle velocities
- gave all SPGs their real life reload speeds
- adjusted the gravity for SPG rounds
- every SPG now has a unique range, this is due to them all having different muzzle velocities. these range from 1600m - 2500m
- fixed 152mm explosion FX

- adjusted 100mm - 155mm cannons accuracy for HE shells (this includes MBTs as well) these rounds will now be much less accurate at far distances
- adjusted armor damage and explosion energy distances against infantry (buff for energy/nerf for armor damage)
- adjusted mlrs accuracy (spread out more evenly at far distances now)
- adjusted mortar accuracy (tightened this up a bit, was very inaccurate before)
- fixed SMERCH missing engine sound
- adjusted SAM ammo penetration (was way to high before)

- fuel hits have been reworked, and being hit can lead to one of the following events,
--- instant ignition and explosion
--- small leak at first, then leads to larger fire and eventually destroyed hull
--- small leak at first, then leads to larger fire and eventually catching ammo, following a large explosion/cookoff
--- small leak and dripping trail that will stop eventually while also killing the engine temporarily (just have to turn it back on)

- reworked abrams sepv3 armor values for frontal turret (was 1100mm, is now 1300mm)
- updated the sepv3 turret model and made the frontal turret cheeks look physically thicker like irl

- fixed all missing thermals signatures for vehicles
- fixed all missing thermal signatures for human soldiers
- added some "bass" to some cannon distant shot sounds

- removed all "external" fuel cells from vehicles (was causing issues, and a lot of weird penetration bugs. All internal ones are still there)
- the btr90 now has 9m113 instead of the 9m14
