Fixes for the Operator Rifle and Breacher Carbine, had an issue if you try to reload the underbarrel after firing it while holding down fire it caused strange recoil/fake muzzle flash issues. Made gun lock during this cooldown/reload period. If the gun jams due to level transition or something, just drop the gun to unjam.

hotfix for laser gui closing when it is picked up, holding a laser or wearing it will pop up the UI

Number of guns had Striking Multiplier instead of Firepower due to an old bug that got copy pasted for over a year. Now fixed!

SSL dart projectiles now correctly self destroy on impact and don't appear to go through multiple targers/hull/doors instead they stick and quickly remove from the game.

hotfix damage was still slightly too low on flora in more testing underwater, was it made tougher?

darkened and adjusted sleeves on chitin armor.

PMP ballast flora damage SIGNIFICANTLY increased forgot to put damage on both explosions and account for water health reduction. Should be a go to tool and not waste ammo trying to clear it similar to steam cannon.

ripper assault gun still had tag required recipe tag

laser rifle magazine was too small for its very small stack size confusing player on how big it was.

So when I did the stun update I noticed the economy in vanilla and some of the weapons I have added is kind of bad. Following points have been changed.

Outposts and cities have small amounts of many basic ammo types but they charge much more for them.

A few rarer ammos like depleted revolver rounds can be bought but not SMG due to breaking down into rods.

Similar to the HMG, Assault Rifles and Marksman Rifle can be bought at difficultly 60 with Coalition/Separitist reputation. This kind of eerks (eerk, eerk) me as they break down into physicorum but its kind of a vanilla thing and you can buy small amounts at mines anyway so whatever.

PMP is one of the few weapons that can be bought at mines due to its ability to clear flora.

Adjusted more basic upgraded weapons to appear at difficulty 30 such as revolver carbines and helical smg's

Added new rare wreck/loot non-stun baton from Baro/Space Station 13 history.
