adjusted plasma rifle damage and projectile, its a sort of fast semi automatic assault rifle.

Changed sep blockade armor to use the more mishmash/camo texture to make it look more handmade/adhoc

added missing bonus headshot damage to the depleted revolver round.

New weapon, the Europan Plasma gun, unlike the conventional old Earth plasma weapons that used Philips magnetic propelled torids but do not function underwater, development of alternate incendium materials has led to the ability to incandese a metallic foam pellt formed from iron and plastic into a roaring ball of star stuff which not only assists in propeling itself but cavitaes in water preventing it from detonating before it strikes a solid object.

24 shot quick semi auto, low recoil energy hybrid weapon that causes targets to combust into flames due to the high tempature plasma projectiles. High intitial cost and requires incendium, ammo is cheaply made of iron and plastic but requires a ti-alloy and fpga to make the special mechanized hopper feed system which is also bulky, reloading is however much easier once the hopper is formed.

All magazines with 2 max inventory stack size now only stack to 6 in cabinets due to their increased bulk including helical mags, pulse maser rods and plasma pellet hoppers.

added multiple profiles for the new nightclub NPC, somehow missed that on the station NPC list, causes a crash trying to spawn them for event.

Changed Maser and Spasm gun to use new shock effect

Assault grenade and VWO altered acid gas grenade have discarding pin and fuse effects.VWO Frag grenades still have their shrapnel spray.

Adjusted NPC's to use the new uniforms for station, abandoned and hostile submarine crews. a few new load outs.

Added Seperatist version of blockade armor, less protective and slightly faster.

found NUMEROUS bugs in customNPCS.xml and had to hotfix due to large amount of duplicate bandoliers from an original copy error cascading should be last update until patch.

Went and cleaned up and adjusted armor values with focus on adding explosion damage protection based on changes to vanilla armor last patch or so with vests having explosion damage protection based on the standard body armor having 50% splinter protection and most armors are also correctly spawning as wreck loot including some of the reputation armors very rarely. readjusted movement/propulsion penalties as well based on how heavy the armor is in relation to others.

Improvised combined armor has a new sprite and a noncraftable brownish green variant worn by seperatists and some bandit/pirates. Thanks to Kahniji

Old imp combined armor is now a rare wreck item being heavier and slightly more protective.

New armor Blockade Armor is a Coalition reputation armor that is extremely heavy but highly protective, less than psyicorium but full arms and legs with heavier stun protection, rarely found on abandoned station missions with Coalition or as wreck loot, also thanks to Kahniji.

small tweaks, fixed ceremonial helmet showing up in fabricator but not being craftable, its supposed to be a husk church helmet only.
