Anti Material rifle damage reduction, phyiscorium buffed to 4 max target penetration, testing to redefine weapon niche so its not broken. Eventually going to have enemies with this.

Laser now charges up when aimed to represent charging the supercap.

Laser was throwing errors because it was set to the wrong OnHolding(which doesn't exist... yet) it now only charges capacitor when a battery is installed.

New armors can go into the Any/toolbar slots but inventory can only be accessed when the armor is worn, making swapping armor much simplier! The old vests now have similar pockets with the basic security armor have 2 pockets and 2 tactical and pirate armor having only 2 pockets.

Very slight changes to the capacitor of the Laser Rifle and damage of the Heavy Pistol and Rifle Round.

Revolver, Shotshell and Rifle rounds now stack to 24 to put them all on par with the abundence of magazine fed weapons.

After a lot of testing the Shotgun Revolver is getting an 8% damage nerf, faster reload speed and going down to a One Handed Weapon.

It just wasn't finding a good niche as a solid combat weapon as it was two handed like every other shotgun had less ammo and slowest rate of fire and with NT a disabled armor meant it could not be equippped. Its ability to load mixed shotshells did not make up for this.

Small update. Changed the Chitin Helmet to be more interesting and useable, especially with Barotraumatic Mantids who drop Chitin to build them. Reduced Mud Raptor armor from 30% (yuck) to 15% as while it is really good it is still only torso armor and super slow and thus never used over even basic body armor. Possible plans to make it be used to make a slow full body armor and helmet thing down the road.

Redid and added more NPC load outs. Clowns got a few more nasty variants alongside the new rare Pirate Operator Cleaner.

Fixing laser rifle particle mismatch

Particle libary was incompatible with EK_Legacy items but also revamped EK items 1.x.x.x made a duplicate laser particle effect by just cutting out all the unneeded effects and adding a 2 to the remaining ones. Compatible with EK mods now, woo.....
