several worn weapons adjusted to not look terrible, new scatter cannon updated hold posisition. Slight changes to fire rate of several rifles. mostly cosmetic

Frontier Hat description of Unflinching justice restored as it was meant to convey the -5% stun effect while wearing.

New backpacks now all have the "Bandolier" tag so they will go into your duffle bag when you die, oversight by me.

some minor weapon adjustments including flashlights, everything SHOULD be ok for patch next week, I will try to have patch out quickly!

jovian enviromental armor now applies correct amount and time of pressure stabilizer.

finally changed machinegun and mgmagazine to vwomachinegun and vwomgmagazine due to errors with it being extremely common in other mods to use machinegun for item prefabs. Added a 6 slot easy to make sling pack that can carry a medium weapon and 1 tactical slot. I eventually hope they will trust us enough to put items on clothing/bags so I can just have the weapon appear on the players sling backpack.

doubled specialist backpack carry for meds/materials leaving only 4 normal spaces. Seems much more balanced as the 8 slots were too much with the tactical and tools

Big Backpack update. Three new backpack derived bags are now availible for various use. Each is crafted with a backpack and additional materials!

Paramedic Bag: 16 slots, 4 of which are medicine only, 2 tool and 2 tactical slots. Remaining 8 slots are free, only 25% instead of 30% minus to movement speed. Still has-30 to use scooter with this on.

Material Pack Frame: Waterproof 16 slot, 4 are material/ore/plant only, 2 tool and 2 tactical slots, lighter hard case construction only causes 20 instead of 30 percent reduction in scooter speed.

Gunner Backpack: A fusion of a Bandolier and Backpack with 5% slower movement, 9 slots, 1 medium item(assault rifle/harpoons etc) and two tactical slots. carrying a medium slows movement by 15, only 15% scooter speed reduction.

Prepatch update should have target on every status effect to avoid patch day issues. Scavenger armor can no longer be bought or crafted at all and must be found.

Added scavenger variant of soft armor for pirates and bandits, small 5% move speed debuff and has a tiny bit more bite/lacerate/gunshot protection but its still pretty weak, Also dirty.

Fixed and adjusted several helmets that were not exactly correct or sizes were off.

Rennmed Jovian suit to Jovian Enviromental Armor.
