Final correction of the AI ​​which remained passive from the mid game.
-the AI ​​will be much more aggressive.
-the AI ​​will no longer remain blocked or inactive.
-The AI ​​will no longer be reluctant to attack a colony when it has a large superiority in strength.
-The AI ​​will be constantly active as long as it is at war.

This fix unlocks a huge range of AI gameplay.
Because with the past bug, it's like a lake or a river was blocked, blocking the fluidity of the current. (example: stacks of 10 units freeze on a colony to wait ad vitam aeternam)
Now everything is unlocked, without any blocking or anything else.
The campaign can last 1000 rounds while remaining fluid, active, aggressive and challenging.

-Correction of a task for the AI ​​which prioritized too much the fact of following a leading army, which would break the end games, because the AI ​​only moves in groups of several stacks, which prevents it from divide correctly to manage the different fronts.
This may seem like a small fix, but it will probably have a huge impact on prolonged games.
-Value fix that caused the AI ​​horde to attack a defenseless colony too often and not allow enough time for its army to regenerate and sooner or later it would get attacked with its forces weakened.
The values ​​have been put in half compared to vanilla.
