added: Notification when dismantling of an item is disabled with a reason. Example: Sewing Machine must be repaired to pristine with Sewing Oil, before you can dismantle. Now players will see a Notification why they can not dismantle.
added: A new sound to the Carlift if a Vehicle can not be scanned due to improperly made or not present Damagesystem.
tweaked: Carlift will not spam Notifications anymore if a Vehicle has no or not properly made Damagesystem/Damagezones, instead you will see a Notification telling you that the Vehicle is not compatible and needs fixing.
tweaked: resized Big Military 3 Door Locker
tweaked: Gramophone sound/music using RPC now for proper sync between Clients.

fixed: Solarpanel now consumes the correct energy from the Battery (at Night) from all attached items + recharging the Battery is fixed aswell.

Additional Info, because some people were confused on how it works:

- The Battery only drains at Night and only if attached items are turned on

- The Battery only charges at Day

- The Solarpanel must be placed without having a roof above!

- The Solarpanel also works without a Battery, but only at Day!

added: 3 new Clocks. Grandfathers Clock, Cuckoo Clock and a round Wall Clock. The "old" Wall Clock got renamed into "Antique Wall Clock" and the new round Wall Clock uses its classname now.
fixed: A NULL pointer related to the Xmas Tree.
fixed: It was possible to use the Table Saw with a empty Jerrycan under certain conditions.
