Added in names for the Korean settlements, generics, and unique UI cards for units (Thanks SilverCat)
This should fix the issue with Korean generics not spawning with a name.

Moved Chen Yu to his cousin (Chen Deng) instead of being a bandit for some reason?
Yalu is the daughter of Qiuliju
Syiyan is the sister of Qlianman
Lady Xiahou is the daughter of Xiahou Dun (not historical but I rather not make another Xiahou)
Hao Meng starts in Lu Bu faction (then transfers to Dong Zhuo if not playing)
Feng Fang starts in Yuan Shu's faction
Zuozi Zhangba starts in Zhang Yan's faction
Xiahou Jie starts in Cao Cao's faction
Tweaked the Sworn Riders UI card to show more accurate what they are (poor in melee)
Fixed Children dying when their faction is destroyed (they are now either given to the faction their original faction was destroyed by, or to a random faction if the culture doesn't match)
Tweaked Niu Fu to be married to Dong Li (who now an adult)
Fixed some titles' effect not applying properly
Fixed Guangling Pirates not being the proper rank.
Nerfed Children Tutor and Spouse Training, caps at 15000 and then 20000 respectly
+ fixing some other errors with portraits
Fixed the new characters from having missing text/effects/traits
Added in the family tree for Sun Jian's faction
Wu Jing's faction is in the game but not playable yet(there's like 5 more factions to be added too).

Traits now display what they do in council member slots (this is used in the Overhaul)

YT Embers have been tweaked:
Damage Resistance caps at +15% instead of +30%

Heroes have less Damage Resistance than units
scales like 3 --> 5 --> 7

Corruption now caps at -25% instead of -35%

He Yi population growth now caps at +25k instead of 50k
He Yi's replenishment now caps at +15 instead of +20

Gong Du's movement range caps at 25% instead of 40%

Onto of the changes to the resource:
He Yi's title gives 10 melee evasion now (instead of 15)
Gong Du's title gives -15% recruitment (instead of 20)
Gong Du's title gives 10% armor (instead of 15)
Huang Shao's title loses snipe and gains +10% range

Di Tribes:
Tunneling now requires 35% to start (instead of 90%)
Movement is now 25% (instead of 50%)

Reduced upkeep from +40% to +25 (as the scaling was bad, and it overall felt bad to play as)

Change the amount gained by population, scaling from 0 to 10 (instead of 1 to 10)

Han Sui:
Has one spy slot off the start

Yuan Shao:
Fixed his starting missions from being out of place

Han Fu:
Fixed issue where you could be confederated without warning by Yuan Shao


Liu Yu:
Tweaked the frontend text stating that his units could be recruited at a certain but they were swapped (text/db/factions/frontend/unique_features.loc, line 29, 30)


Kong Rong:
Changed his starting retinue to 2 Furys and 2 Archers
His starting settlement is now level 4
Zheng Yan starts with 4 Ji Milita now

Traits:

Traits no longer can pop randomly on turn start, instead need specific conditions (IE being a Governor, or being old) If you have any suggestions how certain traits should trigger, let me know!

The lovestruck trait can now pop on your faction leader's children(unmarried), let me know how this feels !

Fixed issue where Spymaster position in Han Sui would not apply it's bonuses properly
Fixed issue where Chen Wen when allied with Gongsun Zan would get a +5% cost to ranged cavalry (now -5%)

Added new unit art for the Untried, Bloodied, Sworn Archers under the Northern Tribes

Fixed issue when allying with Lu Kang as Chen Wen you wouldn't get his units
Fixed issue when playing as Chen Wen where you would only get one effect from one faction and only their unique units
Fixed issue when playing as Chen Wen when some factions would keep providing their bonus even if they weren't in the alliance
