Update some titles:

Overall nerf to the Charge Bonus for Cavalry.

Yan Baihu has 60 points, 3 effects
Yuan Shu has lost an effect, the +15 charge bonus. (to keep in line with 3 bonuses.)
Zhang Yan has lost an effect, (+5% ambush)
Liu Chong has been nerfed from 80 wuxing points to 60 points. His armor has been boosted by 3 points.
Cao Cao has lost one effect, -25% redeployment to keep in line.
Li Jue has been brought up to 60 points.
Dong Zhuo has lost his +15% damage for shock units.
Li Ru has been edited. 60 points and two effects.
Jia Xu has been brought up to 60 points and two effects.
Gao Shun has lost his retinue upkeep in place of more charge bonus.
Zhao Yun has new effects added. For being apart of Shu this guy got neglected.

Weapons:

2 new weapons added (3 tiers each)

Crossbow from Common to Exceptional
Sword and Shield from Common to Exceptional
Sword and Shield doesn't have matched combat sadly, so it will just be random swings in duels.
The Art for these two will not be the best, but I will try.

Crossbow are armor piercing weapons, meaning Liu Chong's crossbow has be redone to fit this nature.

Character Weapons:

Yue Jin gets a Gold Bow, as the other four wei elite get gold items, I am going to do the same here.
Gao Lan gets a Gold Weapon, same logic as above, four Hebei this time around.
Qu Yi gets a Refined Crossbow.


Changed:

Cao Hong's age has been changed.
Liu Yan has a chance to die at 195 and onwards.


Resources:

Xiongnu removed limit on Xiongnu units


Units:

Added in Unique units for the Wuhuan
Fixed permissions for Song Jian, Wuhuan, and Xiongnu.

Faction:

Liu Yu's faction has been made fully unique!
Peace Resource (A standard bar)
Legacy of Wu-like mechanic but unlocks Tribal Units! (May be updated later with more tribal units)

Known Issues:

Liu Xie in Tribal Management is messed up until he spawns in.
The UI for people/cities for Tribal Management appear for all factions looking to see why.

Will be focusing on the Western Side, from Song Jian to Jia Long(Nanman will be done last).

Lu Bu will be added to the Map in Hongnong and Hangu Pass.
