Fixed a multitude of unique buildings being one time builds, you can build all of these now at any time.

Terror is removed and replaced with Scare

Han Sui:

Effects reduced down to a maximum of 5
Decay scales more rapidly

Xiongnu (Tributary):

Removed Salary debuff
Retinue scales different caps at -20
Tribute Boost scales different caps at 50 now
Satisfaction scales and caps at 15

Barbarian Rage:

Resource is completely revamped:
It resets every turn
Only can be gained via being in war and razing settlements
Gain 3 per war, 5 from razing settlements (for 3 turns)
Being in no wars stops you from gaining any.
Maximum is now 30 resource

Fear when attacking at level 6
Removed Unbreakable
Replaced with Post Battle loot income

Wuhuan (Chaos):

All effects scale better and are less powerful
Post Battle caps at 100
Military Supplies cap at 15
Movement range caps at 25
Attacking Morale caps at 5
You gain raider at level 5 and 6

Liu Yu:
Can gain resource from Alliances (+5 per alliance member to a maximum of 50)

Yuan Shu recruitment cost has been reduced, it did not make sense for him to require 50 to recruit a character (now 25).
All Han factions have been given a starting reform
Yufuluo starting army buffed
Tweaked the AI play order, Major factions go first, then minor factions based on prevalance.
With this Liu Yan and Han Sui have become Major Factions
Gongsun Du and Han Sui are now Major personalities
Tweaked Wu Ju's purchase characters with resource to be cheaper (same with Yuan Shu)
Fixed Liu Yu's Alliances (now they provide his resource)
Fixed Liu Yu not losing resource from being at war
Bao Xin starts on the field with Liu Dai
Lu Kang now has his round 1 fight
Upped Major factions' Family Estate to 2.5k

--- New Mod 190 Expanded Overhaul Addition

The mod is going to broken up into three parts, you will not need the overhaul part, but your experience will be much better.

The three parts are:

The 190 Expanded Overhaul will have all the changes that require a complete overhaul to the game system, (Attribute, Buildings, Salary, etc) not required but recommended.

Main Mod Addition -

Update:

YT Skill Tree have been fixed, and no longer should disappear.

Fixed a multitude of Nanman and Fates Divided character who had the wrong AI package (Thanks Rewan)
- Many Nanman were using commander or strategist packages so the AI would use them in the backline when they should be fighting, example here would be Wutugu.

Fixed Song Jian always being declared Enemy of the Han.

Removed Salary Changes and now are moved to the Overhaul Addition.
Removed Faction Council Rebalancing and Scaling Cost, now are moved to the Overhaul Addition.

Each Attribute previously applied two bonuses to the character, really gearing them into a playstyle

Building Overhaul.

Focuses on Han Buildings boosting the buildings with lower usage, and those with high usage gain punishing effects.

Update:

Armor has been changed to higher quality ones but specific to one class, after some time I will start creating armour art for each character.
Added in agrees/disagrees for newly added titles.
Fixed Pang De's background
Added one new bonus to Shi Xie (+50% Family Estate)
Fixed Crossbows t-posing. (Need Alex's Animation Mod for this to work properly)

Dong Zhuo extended event can now be disabled via the Setup Process at the start of the turn. [Will be looking into a much better way of doing this.]
DZ event has also been optimized by me so maybe it won't crash lol
Otherwise if you choose to not have the extended event, Li Jue will take over.

Faction Council:

Rebalanced cost of many faction council items.
No longer can you spend a mere 200 gold for a major buff instead it scales to your game stage.
- Turn 25, the cost increase by 1.5. Turn 75, it increases by 75.
- Your Progression Level also increases the price.
Looters are rarer and more costly.
Increased income threshold for the three types of income. No longer can you pull all 3 income increases.

Character Changes:

Ma Teng loses Cruel because that makes no sense for him to have. (Gains Kind)
Ma Chao loses Fratenal and gains Cruel, again makes no sense for Ma Chao to have Fratenal since his actions got his family killed.
Huang Shao loses stalk faction-wide, and gains Snipe instead, boosting his experience, while stalk is added to his armor for his retinue.
Liu Yan's title has changed to include a missing effect (Losing Peasantry in turn for +100% Family Estate) [Fun fact this is apart of base game but not active for some reason?]
Sun Ce loses bonus to colonize for half price due to AI being able to colonize for free. :)
Added Anti Traits for Frivolous (Total of 8) No more Sentinels always getting it.
Fixed Ying Yang(Chang) title to be historically accurate. Previously Chess Grandmaster, now Master of Harmonies.
Zhang Lu now has Sima Liang's portrait
Bows are now locked to their users. (Will be doing a poll in discord on if I should add a new slot for accessories and bows.)

Yellow Turbans can be captured as Han and recruited now.
- This will be tweaked in a future update.

Salary Changes(This is to help with the amount of characters and to make titles useful):

Character Salary has decreased:
Base: 150 --> 50
Governor: 250 --> 150
Minister: 350 --> 250

Family Members now have salary
Base 0 --> 25
Governor Family 250 --> 125
Minister Family 350 --> 225


Generic Titles:

All Titles from the menu have been lower in salary and slightly tweaked.
Most Titles are useless due to the cost and effects so they have been changed.
More titles are on the way,

Almost all Titles have opinions now.
Nanman Titles now have proper opinions than just all favoring Intelligence and Cunning.

Ceo Changes:

Character will have set bonuses with their unique items, these will be slowly added. This is mainly for keeping weapons on their proper users, and if you don't you lose a key bonus of the weapon.

There are 4 followers that add Satisfaction, I want to change these to be two,
Hua Tuo (10+)
Concubine (10+)
Legalist Fanatic (6+)
Philosopher (10+)

Hua Tuo has been changed to +1 Resilience faction-wide
Concubine has been lower to +5 satisfaction for the character, with a replenishment bonus faction-wide

These are some of the first changes I am making to the followers.

General Changes

Elite Trainer has been given 50% Character Experience to the character.
Professor has been changed to Experience as it makes no sense for him to have trade influence.
Master Craftsmen has been changed to Commerce as an Industry item in it's tier exists in Forge Master.
Labour Recruiter decreased from 8 to 4, due to how common this follower is.

Traits:

Vain has been decreased from 25% to 15%


Armour:

All Generic armour has lost negative attribute effects, keeping the movement reduction.

AI Liu Bei is no longer Dependent, meaning he will be less likely to become a vassal. (Needs testing)
Liu Bei's Path to Unity nerfed once again due to it being given to AI at the start.
Many AI factions given region hints which will make them challenge other factions for certain regions.

AI and MP Gong Du gets the: Book of Earth
AI and MP Huang Shao gets the: Book of Heaven

- He should be getting his resource from capturing territory.

Fixed added positions not increasing the salary of character.


List of Bugs spotted:

Han Chong doesn't have his portrait fully looking into this.

Added resilience to many characters who did not have.

Nerfed Liu Bei's Path of Unity mechanic as the AI starts with all unlocked, this is a temporary fix until I can look deeper into why it isn't working.

Extra:
If you see something that was in the last patch but not in this one let me know, I had to backtrack to fix some stuff.

Next Update:

This will be focusing on region from above the Nanman(Gan Ning, Jia Long, Liu Yan) all the way up to the Northwest. (Around 10 factions)
And 50+ characters will be changed and or made unique!

Hotfix:

Applies to existing save:
Added proper Armour art for Han Fu and Huchuquan
Fixed the Sword and Shield art so you can tell rarity.

Need a new save for these to work:
A bunch of the Cao family's portrait have been fixed.
Lots of resiliences added to Unique Characters
Birth system added for many characters (ported from TUP Family Events)
Zheng Jiang fight moved so she survives more.
Yuan Shao added one general to army, 9/10 he loses the second fight or doesn't even start it.

Hotfix:

Liu Bei missions are completable no longer starting you with capturing Dong.
When playing Sun Ce in 190 you no longer lose the Imperial Seal.
Misspell fix on Yuan Xi's title
