FIXES

If you are server owner, please fix your config.json file

- Added Raiding Tier list -> Now you need to define what Door/Gate/Hatch can be raided (more info in config_EXPLANATION.cpp)
- Added Options to enable/disable Tent/BaseBuilding/Containers raiding
- Changed battery drain value from 'quantity of battery' to 'drain percentage' from max battery quantity
- Now hacked Door/Gate/Hatche will remain open after server restart for the period of time that remained before they were closed before the restart
- Now you can disable autoClosing for hacked Door/Gate/Hatch (just put 0 as closing time in config)
(basically whole mod was rewritten from scratch)

- Fixed hacked Tents not closing after server start
- Fixed possible codelock crash
- Fixed missing proxies on Hacking Tool
- Added Broken/Ruined Materials for Hacking Tool and its crafting parts
- Added Impact Sounds
- Added Support for custom Hacking Tools
- Fixed items weights
- Other misc fixes

- Added support for mods. Currently supported:
Vanilla DayZ
BaseBuildingPlus
Simple Base
Building Fortifications

UPDATE 1.1

-All item models have been redone and fixed (ground models, collisions, penetration materials, battery proxy and etc.)
-Now batteryDamage doesnt destroy battery, but uses its energy capacity
