v2.3.3.8
Changes
  • Overhauled the Storm Diver Shotgun
    - Now has a charge mechanism, where holding the attack button charges up the gun.
    - Charging greatly increases the accuracy from a 45 degree angle to near perfect, greatly increases the damage of the shots, and also increases the velocity of the bullets.
    - At max charge it gains an additional 20% damage, double knockback, and an extra update for bullets.
    - Has a half second delay until it can be charged again after firing
    - Base damage starts at 100, and can reach 660 at max charge
Bug Fixes
  • The Ancient Husk melee damage is now correctly reset after the minion phase

Changes
  • The Mossy repeater now deals more damage when it fires an arrow at a higher velocity and less damage when it fires a lower velocity one.
  • The rocket flames from heavy boots now change to purple if a full set of twilight armour is equipped
  • The rocket flames from soul striders now turn purple at night.
Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a long standing oversight where the heavy boots did not make any sound when using the rocket flight
  • Fixed an issue where the modded bosses health did not increase in non-journey Expert or master Worlds

  • The Spectre Dagger projectiles now move much faster, and chaotically orbit the cursor.
    - They can also move through tiles if you move the cursor slow enough
  • The Spectre Artifact projectiles now have a randomised max distance instead of 4 pre-defined distances
  • Updated the dust projectile for when the Spectre Scepter projectile hits an enemy or wall.

  • Updated the Mod icon
  • Triggering any of the text-to-speech sound now makes text rise from the player saying the name.
  • Slightly lowered the top speed of the Bloody Treads and Soul Striders from 40 to 36 and 50 to 46 mph respectively.
  • The lightning from the Lightning Scepter now travels slightly farther and lingers for a little longer.

Changes
  • Teleporting with Twilight armour now uses a smooth camera transition, instead of using the obstructed debuff to cover the instant camera snapping.
  • The Eyestalk projectile now ricochets back towards the player.
  • The Blade of light projectile now only charges towards the camera at first, and ricochets normally afterwards, but can do so 5 times instead of 4.

  • Added the Spider Whip, which always generates in web covered chests and is also dropped by wall creepers with a 1 in 40 rate
    - Has 3 summon tag damage, and also makes summons have a 1 in 5 chance to slow down enemies for 2 seconds when hit

  • The Eyeball Staff minion damage increased from 11 to 12
  • The Teddy Bear now only requires 3 green thread in place of 10 black thread
  • The Inferno Soul armour set bonus no longer affects cultist devotees or lunatic decoys
