- Added New Provinces, and now the river has a tangible affect upon gameplay rather than a simply visual one.

- Renamed a bunch of countries to lore-wise names
- Added new Economy and Mobilisation Laws to Hansa
- slightly increased supply cost for all support weapons by 0.01
- decreased movement speed of support weapons on urban (tunnel) tiles by 0.05

-Added an ability for player nations to create factions using decisions. Still very much WIP
-Increased Resource cost of VSK-94 by +1 Components
-Increased Resource cost of Kalash 2012 by +1 Alloys
-Increased Resource cost of Tihar by +1 Alloys
-Increased Resource cost of Helsing by +1 Components
-Increased Resource cost of all Support Weapons by +1 Scrap and Alloys
-Increased Production cost of all Tier 2 Support Weapons by + 2.5 IC
-Reduced Ration Food availability from needing less than 69 stability to 49 stability. Takes 128 days to re-enable. Reduced political power gain to -0.2 whilst decision is taken. Stability reduced to 0.5%
- Reduced availability of Rat Catchers to less than 59 stability. Re-enable changed to 168 days. Stability increase reduced to 0.5% stability
- Rouse the People availability reduced to 70% stability. Gives 0.5% war suypport and -0.5% stability. Takes 128 days to re-enable.
-Rouse the People 2 provides 0.5% weekly war support. Re-enable changed to 140 days.
- Added New War Decisions
- Added a non-aggression pact between Free Farms and the Anarchists
- Added a new faction. VDNKh, added Alexeyevskaya and Rizhskaya to said faction
- Added non-aggression pact between Polis and Order. The Order guarenteeing their independence
- Added new opinion modifier between Polis and the Rangers to symbolise their close relationship
- Added Motorised Recon
- Increased supply cost of INF recon to 0.1
- Amount of Resources gained from Scavenging decisions reduced by -1
- Fixed various duplicate provinces, and provinces belonging to the wrong tunnel

- Added over 300 new provinces to the mod. More tunnels having more provinces making combat much better.
- Added new flags into the mod. Thankyou to Kozwein#1618 for helping us with the new flags!
- Fixed Reich's faction being called 'The'
- Reduced Command Power daily gain to 0.25
- Reduced Max Command Power to 100
- Nerfed Community path of generic focus tree. Immigrants now only provides +1 weekly manpower instead of 2.
- Free Ideals provides only 2 manpower instead of 4 and only provides 1 building slot instead of 2.
- Infrastructure no longer provides resource boosts to state resource gain.

Reduced Production cost of Rail Panzerrs
- Tier 1 Panzers from 105 to 95 IC
- Tier 2 panzers from 135 to 125 IC
- Tier 3 panzers from 150 to 140 IC
- Increased Max Org from 20 to 25
- Increased max strength of Panzers from 2 to 30. Hopefully should stop them disintergrating
- Increased max strength of Rail Carts to 8
- Increased max strenth of Rail Cars to 5
- Edited the threshold to when a unit is considered weak according to the AIs calculations
- Increased monthly growth from 0.06 to 0.15
- Changed PP needed to guarentee to 100, and break guarentee to 100
- Changed the Rail Tab folder to better indicate that it is rail tech
- Fixed Helsing and Tihar now showcasing properly in infantry tech tree
- Fixed Colonise decisions and states 2 to 10 ID could not be colonised
- Made every nation be able to colonise. However Majors (Reich, VNKH, Hanza, Red Line) AI chosing not to colonise
- Reduced cost of colonise mechanic to 20, but length it takes to 60 days
- Only able to see stations and tunnels unclaimed in colonise decisions
