-changed base recruitable factor for noncore states to 10%. Changed max to 75%
-removed gun requirement for support equipment.
-Changed Max org of Field Hospitals, logistics and recon to 30
-Reduced production cost of Tier 2 support weaponry to 50
-Changed Supply Consumption of Field Hospitals to 0.2
-refactored prerequesites for mobilisation and economy laws
-changes to conscription laws now provide army experience
-changed interface to show all resource needs for production
-changes made to satellite mechanics. Hanza no longer needs to shoot itself to provide factories to puppets. Change pending

-Fixed Flamethrower tech choice having a year longer ahead of time penalty than its mutually exclusive pair
-Extended Research time for support weapons

-Fixed High Explosive Grenade Pills being the go-to choice for Explosive Equipment

-Scavenging resources in generic decision now costs command power instead of Political
-Buffed starting resources of Hansa somewhat
-Buffed starting resources of Red Line somewhat
-Buffed starting resources of Reich slightly
-Cult of Personality now provides 2% conscription, and inaugerate the new blood also provides 2% recruitable
population for the Reich
-Biologist for Scientific nations provides 1% recruitable and decreased monthly pop growth to 10%
-Merchant decreased construction speed to 7.5%. Min export to 5%.
-Scaven Farmer reduced to 10% recruitable factor
-Savage Wiseman nerfed to -10% doctrine cost
-Savage Slaver buffed to -1 weekly manpower instead of -10% recruitable pop factor
-Savage Skinwalker reduced to 35% land night attack instead of 50%
-Increased Research time of Rail Equipment significantly. No longer able to use XP boosts on rail research
-Increased Supply usage of Rail Panzers to 0.3
