- Added new focuses to the generic tree. Change government and give party popularity.
- Added New Quotes to the game tooltips. Suggested by Gametastic192#1693 on discord.
- Fixed Improper tunnels near Sevastopol in the southern portion of the Metro.
- Buffed Ideology change ideas from 0.1 daily to 0.2 daily.
- Added Paveletskaya and the Bandits of Dry Station to the Map.
- Added flavor idea 'Dry Station Bandits' to Dry Station.
- Nerfed Fuel Silos to cost 2000 IC instead of 1750
- added Polezhaevskaya and Oktyabr'skoe Pole to the 1905 Confederation
- Hopefully Spartans will annex the Mutants instead of Puppeting this time

- fixed stability issue with Reich
- Ulitsa and Dim should NOW peace out with Reich during their war.
- Added checks to RCH expansion focuses so they don't get into too many conflicts and die
- Added focuses to core Trubnaya and Barrikadnaya at the cost of core manpower in those states
- Fixed Metromacht OOB having the wrong recon unit defined
- Renamed Chief of Police to "Director of the SiPo"
- Renamed minister of culture to "Minister for propaganda"
- Changed localisation of Gauleiter Volkov "Wolf"

- Fixed Certain states not having supply hubs
- Fixed Rail Lines between states. Now all stations should have supply hubs and tunnels railroads passing through them
-Fixed GFX bug for recon support icon
-Added Logistics as a support unit
-Fixed Localisation.
- Reich should now be able to 'autopeace' with expansion targets when no border between them exists.
- Removed navy and air intel ledger as it was causing crashes :troll:
