V0.017

No huge updates or additions, just minor improvements, fixes and addition of things like towed guns. There are no big Conquest changes, these will be coming soon however. As before, do not attempt to play AS or AGAINST China in Conquest. It will not work.

- Added Spetsnaz Scout Motorcycle element;
- Fixes/improvements for BTR-50 series APCs;
- D-44, D-74, D-1, and D-20 cannons added & distributed where used;
- Type 62 Light Tank for PRC;
- Fix missing M551_x damaged texture;
- New 9P110 model and texture;
- Various localization fixes;
- Fix crewmen being added to AI garrisons on Conquest maps;
- Fix unintentional turret ring weak spot on M60 series vehicle that was allowing them to get killed frontally way too easily;
- PRC infantry breeds given proper skill levels;
- Type 63 rocket launcher moved from doctrine to default Emplacements menu for Skirmish/MP;
- M67 and M20 Super Bazooka retexture;
- MP2 added;
- Added SPz 12-3 Lang and accompanying Panzergrenadier squad for Bundeswehr doctrine, as well as expanded available Bundeswehr infantry types;
- Fixed broken T-54/55 tracks;

- I broke stuff. Hopefully this fixes it. Who knows? Game-breaking CTD issues that *ONLY* happen when the mod is uploaded to Steam are so bloody stupid.

- T-34-85 retexture
- T-34-85M (for SOV, GDR, POL) and T-34-85G (for PRC) given post-war 3BK2 HEAT ammo;
- BRDM-2 texture update;
- Some background stuff that, if it worked properly, you shouldn't even see;
- Fix Conquest crash (CHINA STILL NOT SUPPORTED)
- T-54A given visually broken tracks when they are damaged;
- Tweak colours of UI elements in Conquest;

- New M14A1 model;
- Stechkin automatic pistol added for Soviet crewmen;
- Most medium MG, light recoilless cannons (B-10) and light mortars (80-82mm) can now be transported by 1 man;
- Fix for large bomb, WP, Napalm and Nuke explosions not playing properly;
- Fully MP/Skirmish playable People's Republic of China (though extremely unfinished);

- Added T-55K Command Tank (to Soviet Ind. Tank doctrine);
- Give back ATGM ammo to M551 ACAV;
- Tweak reload speeds for US 152mm and Soviet 115mm tanks guns;
- Added M60A1E2 'Starship' pre-production model for US Tank doctrine;
- Increased reload time of Malyutkas, ENTAC and other manportable 1st gen ATGMs from 7.5 to 12.5 seconds;
- Added/distinguished M48, M48A1 and M48A3 versions for US (and M48, M48A1 and M48A2C versions for West Germany);
- Retextures for M48 (all versions), M60A1 and M728;
- M728 Dozer blade given actual armour volume;
- BM-13-17N and BM-31M added - WW2 Katyusha launchers re-installed on post-war ZIL-157 trucks;
- Added 57mm AZP S-60 and 40mm Bofors L/70 towed anti-aircraft guns (though US never used the L/70);
- Added BTR-152A (dual 14.5mm ZPU-2) and BTR-40A for Soviets and affiliates;
