Small update to fix a couple issues with yesterday's release:

- Fixed crash on selecting Soviet Mechanized Conscript Squad;
- Boost health of Conscripts, Reservists and other Tier 1 troops from 80% to 125%;
- Fixed some missing localization;
- Fixed missing T-54B engine sounds;
- Edited max_levels for basically everything so AI will stop buying early equipment and troops in later stages.

GENERAL:
- Compatibility for latest GOH update;
- Fixed APDS ricochet angles. This will markedly improve performance of 105mm guns, the biggest user of APDS;
- Mortar ranges increased to bring them in line with other weapon range increases;
- Helicopter rockets changed drastically. They are now more accurate and fire in salvos;
- Cleaned up the Unit Library to remove duplicate and non-functional vehicles;
- M2 Carbine range reduced slightly, after some research into its performance;
- M1919A6 .30 cal bipod machinegun added;

CONQUEST
- China will now function correctly as an OPPONENT (OPFOR) in Conquest;
- China STILL DOES NOT WORK AS THE PLAYER'S FACTION;
- (Another) Total Revamp of Soviet Conquest tree & of Conquest in general:
- Soviet tech tree remade;
- Emphasis on progressing through Eras of the Cold War;
- Campaign begins in 1950 in the Early era - to progress to the next era, you must research all of the Combined Arms branches of your faction;
- Each Combined Arms Branch you unlock will include a free unit from that category to somewhat make up for their high Research Points cost;
- Once all of the Branches are unlocked, the next Era will become available to unlock.
- Revamp for US and inclusion of Chinese Research Tree will come at a later date;
- The AI, regardless of faction, will abide by timeline limitations. AI Infantry will start out with 1950s weapons and not progress to 1960s equipment until after turn 10. You won't see BMPs and BMDs until turn 18-19, and China will only start fielding Type 59 tanks at Turn 9, for example.
- Added ASU-57 Paradrop to 1950s VDV section. It will appear in the Supports tab, and can be called in like a bombing run. Once you crew it, it will remain in your forces.
- Added PT-76 obr. 1951 that lacks stabilizer and has wierd multi-slot muzzlebreak.
- Added many subvariants of various vehicles and tanks, you may see some tanks with a year in their name.

SKIRMISH:
- BM-13-17M added for PRC (WW2 Katyusha launcher on post-war CA-30 truck);
- Added proper supply and ASU-57 paradrop for Soviets;
- US Aircav Doctrine virtually entirely changed to airmobile assets; vehicles will now come in being lifted by special helicopter. When you have this special transport helicopter selected you will see a "DROP" button in their control panel (bottom right), click this to drop their load. You will then lose control of the helicopter and it will fly away, leaving your vehicle and crew. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MANUALLY ASCEND OR DESCEND YOUR HELICOPTER. You've been warned.

No huge updates or additions, just minor improvements, fixes and addition of things like towed guns. There are no big Conquest changes, these will be coming soon however. As before, do not attempt to play AS or AGAINST China in Conquest. It will not work.

- Added Spetsnaz Scout Motorcycle element;
- Fixes/improvements for BTR-50 series APCs;
- D-44, D-74, D-1, and D-20 cannons added & distributed where used;
- Type 62 Light Tank for PRC;
- Fix missing M551_x damaged texture;
- New 9P110 model and texture;
- Various localization fixes;
- Fix crewmen being added to AI garrisons on Conquest maps;
- Fix unintentional turret ring weak spot on M60 series vehicle that was allowing them to get killed frontally way too easily;
- PRC infantry breeds given proper skill levels;
- Type 63 rocket launcher moved from doctrine to default Emplacements menu for Skirmish/MP;
- M67 and M20 Super Bazooka retexture;
- MP2 added;
- Added SPz 12-3 Lang and accompanying Panzergrenadier squad for Bundeswehr doctrine, as well as expanded available Bundeswehr infantry types;
- Fixed broken T-54/55 tracks;
