- Updated to Patch 1.15.4 From Vanilla, incorporating almost everything
- Didn't update Henschel from the Light Tank Designer to the Infantry Tank Designer that Paradox added
- Refineries are take 10% damage instead of 5% damage from Strat Bombing because Paradox adjusted how Strat Bombing Targeting works. Probably more changes needed to re balance due to them no longer just focusing on the nearest buildings to the airport instead of equally across the zone.
- Can't use Guerrilla Tactics if enemy shore bombardment is present (Only way I can try to prevent it from occurring during naval invasions)
- Fixed a bug where Italian "Defend the Empire" was spawning some forts in Ethiopia instead of Cyrenaica
- German AI has been further improved to build more radios and stop building Heavy AA, Heavy Artillery, and Strat Bombers. Should have it actually do its focuses more due to this to get to war.

- The Second Vienna Award will also now remove all Romanian cores on land given over to Hungary to prevent Hungary from giving the land back to Romania to cheese the system. (Note, Paradox lets you change the "Release as Puppet" but not "Return to owner" sections of the code)
- Fixed some issues where Finland's Air Focuses were trying to give access to Airframes instead of Aircraft due to not being set for the non Air Designer

- Overburdened State Modifier (What gets applied by Germany Looting Land in each state for 90 days) Build Speed Debuff -.25 -> -.4
- Overburdened State Modifier Local Factory Debuff -.25 -> -.4
- Looting Territory will also damage 2 civs and 1 dockyard in each state it occurs in.
- The above 3 changes should make looting a bit less Free, and represent a bit bigger the actual destruction of that land in order to lower your consumer goods.
- Fixed a bug with Autarky Achieved where it wouldn't set your consumer goods factor back down to 0 if you did it
- Reichskommissariats all add 50 compliance instead of somewhere between 15 and 40 (Its not actually 60 compliance, but I'm not explaining the math)
- Reichskommissariats now spawn with more equipment types, but all of it is the oldest equipment type (so they can get a bit better garrison starting but they can't be drained for equipment)

Resistance
- With the below, Some Spy missions will let you conduct sabotage operations which essentially just bump up the potency of the existing Resistance sabotage that occurs when your resistance does happen. But it was never really adjusted for TFB Factory counts, or the custom buildings that TFB has. Paradox also hasn't kept it up to date with the new buildings they have added.
- Targeted Resource Sabotage missions now increase the number of strikes from 5 to 10
- Sabotage Arms Factory and Sabotage Industrial Complex will now do 80% of a factory per hit during the mission (it strikes 5 times) instead of 50%
- Sabotage Arms Factory and Sabotage Industrial Complex will now do 30% of a factory per standard resistance tick instead of 25%
- Sabotage Infrastructure will now also attack Supply Hubs and Railways
- Sabotage Infrastructure will now do 75% of a supply hub or 1 level of railway or 1 infrastructure, per hit during the mission (it strikes 5 times) instead of just 1 level of infrastructure
- Sabotage Infrastructure will now do 10% of a supply hub or 10% of a railway level or 0.5 levels of infrastructure, per standard resistance tick instead of just 0.5 levels of infrastructure
