- Removed the Hawk Tua sound effect for Naval Invasions to please Bokoen
- Fixed a crash related to the "Mechanized Attack" Tactic that was causing crashes
- The Event Chain for Vichy France will now work even if Germany doesn't control Paris
- Heavy AT Supply Consumption .1 -> .2
- Heavy AT Supply Consumption Factor .025 -> .05
- Fixed the localization for the State of the Pacific to no longer suggest that the allies had 0% movement speed instead of just a mallus of 0%

Balance Changes:
- When Germany goes to war with the Soviet Union, Finland will have 6 months to join the war before the soviets will get a wargoal on them. Waiting the full time costs 20% war support and stability, and reduced their Balance of Power (Same mechanic as Italy joining when Germany is at war with France)
- Cutting Corners MIO Policy IC Cost -10% -> -5%
- Cutting Corners MIO Policy -5% soft and hard attack removed
- Added a port on the Atlantic Ocean in Spanish North Africa (LARP would be the city of Larache) to make Torch easier if Spain joins the war.
- Soviet Spawn Ins now have 25% starting manpower from 50%
- Soviet "Positive Heroism" mobilization speed increased from 50% to 75%
- Soviet "Embrace the Stakhanovite Movement" no longer grants 5% production Efficiency gain
- Republican Spain now starts with 20 more trains

Production Define Change:
- EFFICIENCY_LOSS_PER_UNUSED_DAY = 0.5 -> 1 -- Daily loss of efficiency for unused factory slots ( efficiency is tracked per factory slot in the production line )
- BASE_FACTORY_EFFICIENCY_BALANCE_FACTOR = 0.1 -> 0.095 -- Factory efficiency balancing factor
- The first define will kill off "magical production lines" where starting production lines will have 100% efficiency when you add on factories to them, even late into the game. Note that anything between 0.5 and 1 makes no chance, so taking it back to vanilla is standard. I then changed the other define which actually *increases* production slightly, despite what the number looks like. Its also a non zero increase since it applies daily.

Bug Fixes/QOL:
- You will now get the notification pop-up if either a puppet or a faction member is getting invaded or paradropped
- '2' hotkey will no longer open the naval calculator (maybe also fixed the co-op visibility issue?)
- Fixed a bug where Soviet regular Fighters that were stored in stockpile but not deployed were not counting for fighters for the soviet air focuses, but specifically when calculating if to remove XP and not for the tooltip
- Fixed some localization for SHBB
- Italian Infrastructure Focuses now also grant Infrastructure to Puglia, Trentino and Istria
- You will no longer get Public Opposes Re-armament when you have at least 70% war support

Changes from Vanilla that needed to be patched in:
- Fixed an issue where the leader trait “Unbreakable” wasn’t properly granting attack and defense modifiers.
- Made more of the icons from the Soviet Focus Icons from the small recent DLC work for the soviets
- Elevated Engineering Corps Army Spirit Railway Gun Bombardment Factor 5% -> 10%
- State Serves the Military Army Spirit went from 15% political power factor to 10% Offensive War Stability Factor
- The Dutch MIOs Fokker and DAF are now both available from game start, and instead of being unlocked, are granted 2 extra levels when taking each MIOs respective focus.
- Increased the spirit of the naval academy spirits chance to gain +skills on level up from 40% to 50% to be in line with the army spirits
- Small bugfixes for Brazil to 'Invest in the Armed Forces' and 'Potenji River Conference'
- France: focus "Begin Rearmament" will no longer be cancelled if you drop below the required war support.

Additionally a new QOL feature has been added a "Naval Calculator" that will allow you to craft a fleet composition in game for those who don't have navy memorized. In the future I intend to add more things like this, and flesh it out further so feedback is welcome. It can be access from the Production Screen.

- Added a new option in the settings that lets you set the Naval Cap to 100 instead of 150, but I'm leaving 150 as default for now
