TFB has now been updated for Trial of Allegiance, checksum 1c46

- Brazil Democratic and a version of the non-aligned path is in. I may delete the non aligned one later, not sure if it just causes more trouble than its worth.
- Map has been updated with a bunch of new provinces and states in brazil, and a few islands got split out to be separate provinces around the world.
- There were a number of Naval Traits that got reshuffled on what leads into them and where they are in the tree. Should make FlySwatter actually attainable and make some of the starting traits more balanced
- A lot of the air advisor traits that just didn't work have been replaced.
- Air Interception and Superiority Attack/defense/agility didn't work and have just been replaced with efficiency bonuses instead.
- Brazil is heavily nerfed from their Vanilla version, but they still might be too powerful. ToA Brazil makes AAT Finland look like a pushover.
- Vanilla had a lot of AI changes that I kinda just ported in and didn't look at too hard.
- The vanilla division icons are in and working
- Paradox doesn't allow negative stats on equipment anymore, so riveted armor couldn't be used due to the HP malus. Now instead of giving to each tank -1/0/1 HP, armor yields 0/1/2 HP to the tank


Port Striking (General port strike nerf):
- UK TallBoys Port Strike buff 100% -> 50%
- Japan Tora Tora Tora Port Strike Buff 200% -> 150%
- Base Strike Naval Doctrine Port Strike Buff 50% -> 10%
- PORT_STRIKE_DAMAGE_FACTOR nerfed 1 -> 0.75 -- How much damage is dealt to ports during a port strike (per plane damage [complex number] * num flying planes * define)

Naval Strike:
COMBAT_DAMAGE_SCALE_CARRIER = 5 -> 10 -- Damage Multiplier for Air Attack from Fighters in a Carrier Battle launched from a Carrier
NAVAL_STRIKE_DAMAGE_TO_ORG = 1.5 -> 1.25 -- Balancing value to convert damage ( naval_strike_attack * hits ) to Organisation reduction.

Carrier Fighters should kill Navs now. They don't prevent all the damage from coming through, but they atleast attrit enemy bombers much quicker.


Cas Bombing:
ANTI_AIR_TARGETTING_TO_CHANCE = 0.08 -> 0.1 -- Balancing value to determine the chance of ground AA hitting an attacking airplane affecting both the effective average damage done by AA to airplanes and the reduction of damage done by airplanes due to AA support
ANTI_AIR_MAXIMUM_DAMAGE_REDUCTION_FACTOR = 0.70 -> 0.8 -- Maximum damage reduction factor applied to incoming air attacks against units with AA.
ANTI_AIR_ATTACK_TO_DAMAGE_REDUCTION_FACTOR = 1 -> 0.25 -- Balancing value to convert equipment stat anti_air_attack to the damage reduction modifier apply to incoming air attacks against units with AA.
Light SPAA debuff to Air Attack reduced from 30% to 15%

Before these CAS changes, you would cap out at the value of air attack in the single digits. This meant *any* level of AA was basically providing full CAS reduction. This has now changes, where you can get up to 80% cas reduction now, but earlier AA won't cover you as much. ```

- Fixed a bug where people who don't have the BBA DLC see No air research
- Fixed a bug where French Propaganda might not give a bonus against Vichy France

Final Patch of this DLC. When the new DLC drops TEB will be updated first, and if stable then TFB will be updated shortly after. I'll make a new mod for a BBA Patch to be kept as a time capsule for those who aren't getting the new DLC.

Only Brazil is being brought over, its democratic path and part of the Monarchy path, but that Monarchy path may get removed later.

- Fixed a bug where the Japanese Balance of Power Event would show for everyone on game start
- Fixed a bug where fascist norway and Denma didn't count for SS templates
- Fixed a bug where people who don't have the BBA DLC see the Air Designer Research tab
- Fixed some Image issues around Heavy AT, Pack AT, and Regular AT
- Horse and Motorized logistics companies no longer impact the division speed (matches regular logistics companies)

This is likely the last commit for the current DLC. Expect the first patch on the new DLC to be focused just on DLC changes, then a second larger patch with some wider changes once I am sure the mod is stable on the new DLC.

- 1936 Heavy Ships now have an extra middle slot. 36's had the same module count as Early Heavies, but 39 had 2 more than 36,so this just smooths it out so you gain 1 module per hull
- Heavy Ships no longer have Battleship 1 armor in there by default
- Added in some Naval Ship Templates to hopefully make the process of making ships easier, helping reduce tedious micro and prevent less knowledgeable players from making bad ships. Will adjust the templates based on feedback to ensure accuracy

- Fixed a bug from BBA that removed the Promote Cost Factor debuff from the soviets until they get Zhukov
- Added localization for the UK and USA Tier 4 aircraft and all of their Flying Boats, as well as fixed some of the existing US Air localization
- Fixed a bug where one of the divs in China's Wave 3 wasn't spawning for each state
- Changed the Capitulation of China to no longer have an event asking you how to split it, and instead gives everything to Japan. However, they now unlock decisions for 30 days to transfer the states to Manchu that they want to transfer to Manchu, after which the peace deal will be considered 'completed' and the decisions disappear

Imported Changes:
- Imported a number of bug fixes and AI things from a submod (Their finest boogie gaming)
- Added Localization descriptions for a bunch of techs (mostly artillery, tanks, radio, flying boats ect), in most cases it will be blank but for certain techs such as pack artillery and anti tank description was added
- Fixed GFX with pack AT modifier (for example all artillery bonus does not show icon)
- Fixed missing Mio GFX for Dual Purpose artillery 1 and 2
- Fixed missing GFX for Mongolian Idea Compromise with Buddhist (new one created)
- Fixed missing GFX texticon for cavalry, artillery
- Added Missing Texticons for a bunch of different unit_catergory (tanks, army, assualt guns ect), some of these won't match the gfx in the desc section (doctrines for example)

Checksum 9b7c: Super Heavy Carriers have been split out from regular carriers and now have a cap of 14. They appear on the map like a normal carrier as I don’t have a new 3D model, and some graphics aren’t fully separated but it’s close enough. Localization should be set for them, including in the starting decision.
