- Fixed an issue where if the Czechs were denied the equipment normally made by the events was never created. Now it will add the equipment to the Czech stockpile, and capitulating them will give Germany the tank design
- France is now considered a major, and their tanks they get as Free France are now usable. Additionally they start with a basic medium tank template for the S35
- Italy is now also hard coded as a major

- UK 'Fortify the Med' focus now correctly adds 3 infra and 1 AA to El Alemain instead of Ethiopia

- Changed the UK AI to be more like a real player for those in SP/doing test builds
- Fixed a bug where the Soviet tank focus at the bottom of their army tree was turning the -75% mio gain to -25% instead of 0
- Actually nerfed SHCV like I said in a previous patch, their ability to mount a 3rd gun, HP, and speed weren't actually reduced
- Fixed some localization in the MIO's
- Fixed the Crusader Tank not being able to mount Medium Turret 2's
- Added Phase 1 of a feature that will re-add your Spy operation tokens after re-loading or a hotfix. It’s set to run weekly so you may need a week for it to show up after hotjoin. Will add it to the host tool sometime soon.

Additional note for people who make sub mods for TFB, next major patch I may change the name of some of our custom files, which would break the submods. Will identify those file names during the patch.

- Added a new focus for the USA that unlocks in Jan 1 1942 which will grant them an extra 25 to their dockyard cap for Consumer Goods. This will let them be not punished later in the game as time goes on, but still give Japan a window of advantage where the US had to suffer the penalty if there is a dockyard race.
- Fixed an issue where the states added in the AAT DLC didn't lose the Ethiopian Local Supply modifier when the other states do

- States near the top of the Arctic Circle for the Soviets in Siberia are now impassible terrain. The states that weren't wasteland states had their state category shifted with a wasteland state that isn't impassible so there is no loss of build slots in land that can be captured, and so soviets can't build in that zone
- Stupid AI made slightly more stupid so it doesn't do unintended things
- Unowned land in South and Central America, Saudi Arabia, Tibet, and Afghanistan had all of their buildings deleted, state populations set to 1, and supply related things removed. Supposedly this will help with game stability.
