Update 1.7.2 for Industrial Overhaul

- Complete rebalance of all tank capacities
- Added Armored Bay Windows
- Added support for Fieldwork update and DLC blocks

- Increased build cost of LG 5x5x5 tanks
- Fixed build materials of Contact bridge cockpit
- Added Electromagnet component requirement to all Connectors that previously didn't have it
- Added far greater computer requirement to Conveyor Sorters. Still better than needing advanced ones!
- Integrated transport crates into cargo container BlockVariantGroup

This update is quite large, so a very detailed changelog isn't provided, but the changes include:

- Updated the latest DLCs to intergrate with IO components
- Bug fixes.
- An attempt to fix the audio issue.
