Zhagolin System (Epsilon Halo)

Coelest System (Delta Halo)
Mdorkon System (Kappa Halo)
Ephsu System (Zeta Halo)


- Updated each start with an additional mining district to prevent unemployed pops.

(Known issue: These system starts will have a consumer goods deficit, so it is recommended that you build a factory at the start of a game until it is fixed)
