v1.626 Micro-Update

Added 30mm Chaingun ahead of v1.63 update upon request.
- Changed name of original 30mm Chaingun to 30mm Chaingun - Inverted.
Added highlight interaction to 280-Pounder Naval Cannon.

This update will remain exclusive to the Steam Workshop. Its changes and additions will come to Mod.io in the full release of v1.63.
