• Further tweaks to the MainUi Update timing.

• Motivation Skills added to the optional actions menu.
○ Buttons detect if the player has lowest fame and adds the bonus for that.
○ Only one motivation per person per round of turns is allowed.
• Optional Actions are now grouped by colour
• Plunder Village responds to only left click now.
• Tooltips added to Optional actions explaining them in more detail
• Start at Night Variant has been added to the scenario help summary.
• Mana pool dice rerolling is back to working order.
• Replaced Start at higher level buttons with image buttons.
• Optimized the main UI to not update on every event, rather the end of a series of events.
